Seems like Texans fans aren't too happy with the David Culley hire. They seem aghast that a guy, whose last job description included the title "Passing Game Coordinator" on a team that finished dead last in passing, was hired at their new head coach.

Best- Urban Meyer to JAX.

?-No idea, picked Siranni

Worst (most obvious) Lions-until they fix the Assassination Day Disaster (11/22/1963, William Clay Found On Road Dead purchases Detroit Lions), they will remain a non-entity.

The last time the Lions raided New Orleans staff it was for their OC Lombardi. He was a flop that didn't last a season. Now they give a guy who's never been an OC a 6 year contract. He suckered them, which isn't hard to do. "Well since we're trading Stafford, we're in rebuilding mode and will need 2-3 seasons for the new QB". Ok sure, here's 3 additional years to your deal. Welcome to the Lions where you're paid well with no expectations.

That Texans hire looks equally puzzling. They went out of their way to piss off Watson.

Saleh to the Jets look promising, but like the Lions it's more of the general organization that's the problem.

I read the Jets are one of Watson's preferred destinations! Wouldn't that be something.

It's the move that makes sense for both teams but it's probably a really bad move for Watson...and the AFC east.

Not so sure it wasn't just a case of no one else wanting the job, even with a top 10 QB. But you could be right too.

Heard Cowturd say yesterday he thinks the new guy the Eagles hired looks to be "over his skis" and he predicted them to finish 4th in the NFC Least next year. Anyone know why he knocked the guy?
