Then there's some other Canadian bands.

Honeymoon Suite, The Spoons, Blue Peter, Platinum Blonde, Parachute Club, Grapes of Wrath, Men Without Hats, Glass Tiger, The Northern Pikes, D.O.A., Rough Trade, The Pursuit of Happiness, Idle Eyes, FM, Mahogany Rush, Voivod, Toronto, Headpins, Prism, Harlequin, Sweeney Todd, The Kings, Spirit of the West, Helix, Streetheart, Trooper, Barney Bentall and the Legendary Hearts.

But you still missed a good band.

1,000% Triumph! If not for Triumph probably The Band or Arcade Fire (well, up to The Suburbs).

What I commented on was some Canadian bands. There's many known Canadian bands and lesser known ones. I can't get everything unfortunately.

Some Canadian you are!

Geeze, I better come back and add this ;) before he gets all huffy thinking I'm serious.

As long as I am adding emoticons, I will add this one too: :monalisa: Isn't she a beauty?

Neil Young. But since he's not listed, another vote for the Guess Who!

Neil Young was a member of The Mynah Birds with Rick James in the mid 60's.

This is before Buffalo Springfield, Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, and his band Crazy Horse.

Cool bit of trivia there! Here's what I learned about the rest of the Mynah Birds story...

Its most memorable lineup included Rick James, Neil Young, Bruce Palmer, Rickman Mason and John Taylor. Rick James would later become a major funk star in the 1970s and 1980s. Young and Palmer went on to become two of the founding members in the popular West Coast folk rock group Buffalo Springfield. After leaving Buffalo Springfield and Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young, Neil Young would go on to achieve fame as a solo artist.[1][2] Goldy McJohn and Nick St. Nicholas would later become members of the rock band Steppenwolf.

I think there's a difference between 'groups' and 'bands'.

The groups were vocal harmony acts and bands had members that played instruments. Although I could be wrong.

I loved the first four Our Lady Peace albums. They slowly turned into a horrible pop band after that. Not sure what the hell happened there? It seemed like they just gave up after they became successful.
