I am a sucker for any kind of good vocal harmonies so I really like them, along with the Beach Boys, Mamas and Papas and Boyz II Men. The Carpenters fall in there somewhere also. BSB is nothing but a modern vocal group. these groups existed in the5 0's and 60's too. nothing new, lol but they're 90's early 2000's stuff is great. I love Motorhead, and I also love Hank Williams, Sr. I love Genesis or Yes at their most complex, and I love the early Beatles. I even like the Apocalyptica versions of things! Choosing the nickname kids gave him in school as his professional name wasn't the best decision. I guess he felt he needed a gimmick to get noticed. Great show and since they only had three albums people knew everything and weren't completely stupid to anything that wasn't a hit. That made it more enjoyable. While were on the subject have you checked out Alter Bridge? They're made up of the members of Creed only they have a much better singer in Myles Kennedy and a lot better than Creed. When I was in uni they were unknown and were playing small clubs/venues in that uni town where I lived, Tallahassee. That was probably ‘94 or ‘95. I remember seeing them once with friends and thinking “Why wasn’t this band a big name?” and “They SHOULD be household names pretty soon.” A year or two later, they became just that. I wandered away from them even though I did like that small club gig and that first album. Not long after, I found out they were this hated band. Very relevant now because of the metoo movement. I haven’t listened to them since Busted Stuff but I have to list Dave Matthews Band because Beauford is one of the best drummers alive. Program was mostly Bach, interspersed with introductions by Virgil. He recorded albums at Filmore East, Winterland, and Carnegie Hall.
