Some of my favourite albums and bands represented here:

UFO, Colosseum II, Floyd, Lizzy, Queen. Great albums here from AC/DC, Styx, Weather Report, Priest, ELO, Kansas, Dixie Dregs, Triumph, Supertramp, Gabriel, Motörhead, even Meatloaf...bloody hell!

But there can be only one and that’s Going For The One by Yes. f***ing brilliant.

The final four:

Pink Floyd

Jethro Tull

Thin Lizzy

KISS

(KISS just beating AC/DC in the play-in game)

It was long, it was exhausting, it was ugly in places, rude things were done and said, but in the end, it's Animals over Bad Reputation.

A relatively easy choice for me. Lights Out is UFO’s high water mark. Lots of albums I love here, but none as much as that one.

Obsession is their best for me.

They're very close. But Too Hot to Handle and Love to Love on one album is too much to overcome.

In retrospect I find the album versions quite tame compared to the versions on Strangers.

That's the case with most of the material covered on SitN, though, don't you think?
