Reading the paper and saw the obit. Clive was one of my favorite authors. Thoroughly enjoyed the Dirk Pitt series, and also reading the Steve Austin Numa Files and Oregon series. Rest well, sir.

He was a great writer. Explorer too. Like a modern day Jules Verne.

I have read many of Clive's NUMA Files books. I preferred the Dirk Pitt adventures to those of other protagonists but always enjoyed reading his work.... I was not aware he had passed.... R.i.P., Clive....

I'm sorry, to hear, see, and read this. I knew he did pass away a little earlier in the year. It was on Feb. 24, 2020. My dad reads his books. My condolences, are, and have been to his family, and friends. R.I.P., Clive. Edited by Derek19
