apetersvt
What a great surprise for me as well. A Richmond date plus Wolfmother opening (seen them twice so far). Will be my 5th Primus show (twice opening for Rush and twice headlining).

Yes - Kinda fun Deep Purple inspired rock. Been around for a bit. Lots of lineup changes. Edited February 18, 2020 by chemistry1973

thizzellewashington
I'm not the HUGEST Primus fan (always respected them, just was never really my thing) but I will definitely go to this.
HemiBeers
Read an interview with Les on this. They've had this in the works for a while, not just a reaction to Neil's passing. Les asked Geddy about doing this and got his ok. He described he first concert on the Hemispheres tour at 14. Puked in the parking lot after 3 beers and still got blown away by the concert.

The Primus site says "A Farewell To Kings" in it's entirety. But on the Rolling Stone Les Claypool interview it says they are doing "Farewell" and "Hemispheres" back to back. Not sure what to believe.I saw Wolfmother on their first tour and they kicked ass!I noticed that some of you are going to get The Sword too! Nice triple bill!!

RUSHHEAD666
Can they sing that last super high bit of Cygnus X-1? When I saw them do "Cygnus" in Oakland they only did the opening instrumental part. Les didn't sing anything on that song that night but it kicked ass. Herb nailed the drum parts.

Will Tim have a cowbell tree for "Xanadu?"
