As for DLR and his voice, I think his best vocals are on the debut album. Many here say he can't sing, but I think he can. Just wanted to add that the little intro to Jump - 1984 - is, to me, beautiful. Eddie is exceedingly talented. He is aces on keyboards. The originals on Diver Down are incredible. Diver Down is at the bottom of the first 6 for me ONLY because I think 4 covers (5 with Happy Trails) and 2 intros (Intruder and Little Guitars) is too many. You have good yet simple songs like "Ain't Talkin' Bout Love" and "DOA," and then there are the ones where Eddie was in a different zone when he wrote them.
