RushFanForever
The part that stood out for me is when Alex discusses the 'In-ear monitors' that he, Geddy, and Alex used onstage beginning around the 21:00 mark. Alex commented that Geddy's use of 'In-ear monitors' helped with his vocal pitch live. Whereas some fans have commented about Geddy's singing voice not being up to par onstage as time went on. I would say perhaps the fans heard Geddy's voice differently live with not reaching the high notes or singing slightly out of tune, etc. Who knows. For those fans that prefer Geddy's live vocals from older tours before he start using 'In-ear monitors'; again it's hard to say. HemiBeers
Great interview. I've told people for years that I have picky tastes in music and tend to analyze songs rather than just enjoying them. Funny that Alex mentioned having the same problem toward the end of the interview.
HemiBeers
I like that he admitted to not knowing the difference in tubes and didn't try to bluff his way through the question.
Lorraine
I'm having a hard time watching this. In my mind's eye, I keep seeing this person: and I keep thinking, "Can he really be this old already???? Is it really the same person?"
