Because it's that easy for something to beat Technical Ecstasy and Never Say Die even if you haven't heard it. I enjoyed 13 a lot when it was new. But it didn't have a lot of staying power with me. Once I heard it enough to know the songs a little bit I just stopped listening to it. I don't think I've heard it in a few years. Not sure how much I would like it now. I apparently like 13 better than most here (sounds like a cross between BS and Sabotage to me) and it seems I don't like SBS as much as most everyone else in the world. Good question. My 7th place ranking is a subjective decision based on listening to a handful of songs from 13 and the disparity in quality between Sabotage and their final two Ozzy era albums. It's hard to fathom 13 is great as Sabotage, but from what I've heard its got to be better than TE or NSD.
