And Jimmy Kimmel just had a really nice tribute to Rickles on his show. It finished up with a view of Rickles' star on the Hollywood sidewalk, where several people have laid flowers, candles . . . and one hockey puck !

I always enjoyed seeing him on talk shows. His insults were rude but you couldn't stop laughing! RIP, Don. :rose:

He was an angel compared to some one like Andrew Dice Clay.

You know hell has frozen over when even Dice is not fond of Cosby drugging women. Heard this on a Larry King interview a few years ago.

who?

You would have hated him. He's mean.

Love his role in 16 Candles.

"You don't spell it son! You eat it!"

I think you're thinking of Max Showalter (Grandpa Fred) who looked similar to Don Rickles.

*looks in closet*

Well, time for me to burn my (moderately worn) t-shirts...lots of them!

RIP :rose:

I did really enjoy Rickles, but sometimes he just wore thin. Like this example. It's not funny.
