Haha Digital Man's already been mentioned a lot;

 

I really love the bass in Tom Sawyer, actually. The bass during verses in Chemistry is cool as well.

 

There's many others which are more impressive or technical but my ears pay a lot more attention to those three in particular.

Do live recordings count?

 

Though it's not particularly complex, Geds bass part during the violin solo on Losing it from R40 is just so cool. If I'm not mistaken, Ged wrote that part for the live recording?
