Priest are legends but turbo isn't legendary

It's underrated and it's overly slated and it's fashionable to hate it but I rate it, do you want to debate it mate?

treeduck embraces his limp bizkit side. nu-metal returns

If ever a band were named correctly it's them Limp Biz.

The only album previous to it that it might be better than is rocka rolla.

It's not better than ANY previous Priest album, but all those albums are great so that doesn't mean too much as a statement on it's own. Even the weakest Halford-era Priest is still good.

It's not very good IMO. Last album from priest purchased on release day for me.

Hey AW!

I KNOW YOU WANT TO BE MY TURBO LOVER!

No one is going to shatter and explode any time soon.

Except your ego!

Accept my ego

Accept my Udo.

I bought TURBO on the day it came out.

I played frisbee with it in the street.

JAPAN FEB 1 RELEASE DATE!

I'm buying it!

TURBO IS LIKE SIGNALS!!

TAKES YEARS TO LOVE! LOL!

I'd agree though I'd align it more with Power Windows.

Why did they skip POINT OF ENTRY DELUXE??

So many sexual metaphors!!

Why didn't they do a Sin After Sin 30th Anniversary edition? Or Killing Machine?

Definitely need POINT OF ENTRY deluxe!

Point of entry is priests presto. A good album that was recorded with no energy. The songs really shine live especially heading out to the highway.

Well stated. However I love PRESTO!!!! Some of Neil's best drumming period. The last tour with the double bass man.

Yeah I don't get the complaints about the album, sure there's a bit more operatic stuff but there's plenty of Priest heavy stuff and lots of cool songs. And it's a concept album. Maybe a lot Priest fans don't like them doing a concept album. Or maybe they wanted a more 70's sounding concept album.

I have always found Nostradamus a good album anyway, IMO it's just the subject of the album too complex for Priest and Halford poetry.

A Priest concept album about Galactus would be a triumph.

Yes Duck and Geezer.

I just asked the question in random.

I like the record.

They have the balls and the freedom to go for something different. I admire the band for that.

Priest = Quality (no matter what they talk about)

This sounds great!! I will get this. Love Turbo. And yes, I got the anniversary editions of Screaming & Defenders. Never got Ram it down - but if they came out with an anniversary edition of that I would get it.

Ram it Down is underrated. There's some great songs on there like Blood Red Dawn, the title track, Hard As Iron and Monsters of Rock.
