satchmothesnowdog
This is a Maestro made by Gibson and it's basically a traveling guitar, not a kid's toy. It's got one hot humbucker on the bridge and it's all Gibson in sound. The thing has to be tuned differently to get it to sound and play properly using your normal frets and notes, so it is functional. They aren't all that common, so I thought I'd share. It's shown here hanging out on the couch with it's uncle Les :) http://www.shootersloft.com/forums/uploads/gallery/album_3/gallery_3_3_32248.jpg

1-0-0-1-0-0-1
I like the idea of a Gibson travel guitar, but making it a Flying V means there's a lot of extra wood extending out behind the bridge, which to me wastes the opportunity to keep the body REALLY small for ease of traveling.
Maverick
What year is that Les Paul? It looks pretty much like mine.

satchmothesnowdog
What years were these made?I want to say like 2000-2010 They were not big sellers I guess. They are a tremendous pain in the ass to tune. You have to tune them to G, which isn't freakin easy

Mr. JD
Very cool. I have a 3/4 size Ovation acoustic travel guitar. I use to travel a lot for business and I carried it on the airplane. Haven't played it in 10 years.
