Yesterday I decided to update my Rolling Stones collection. The only albums I didn't buy were 'Steel Wheels' and all the LIVE albums except "Get yer YA YAs out." I've had the complete catalogs of pretty much 3/4 of the groups I'm interested in, and thought is was about time I gave the Stones their due. I Hated them in the '60s due to the 'feud' between them and The BEATLES...[and I still recognized their undeniable talent to write GREAT songs...and with my proclivities of falling in LOVE with 'DEEP' cuts, I hadda bring the Stones into the group. I played the first british release yesterday, and now I LOVE that album! The Stones were very like The Beatles in that they did a LOT of popular tunes by other groups in their beginning recordings...
