After the tour seems like a good option - Caravan and BU2B still sound fresh to me, especially with the new mix. Still waiting on that Hemispheres hangover...

I agree - I went through the exact same thing. I first listened to it when I wasn't really in a very good mood and I was in the middle of something else I wanted to listen to and didn't enjoy it all that much. After the third play or so, it just 'clicked' and now I love it.

I got an invite to the Ticketline presale, except the only tickets they had were in the nosebleeds. I'm guessing Rush didn't sell out the 02 in twenty seconds... so no good seats included in the presale. Was anyone else disappointed by this?

The prices are outrageous. But it's Rush... so it's worth it. That was my policy anyway.
