im going to the st paul show at the minnesota state fair grandstand. does anyone know if they are vulnerable to rain outs. my ticket doesnt say rain or shine.

Thats why I think its imperative to sit up close at a rush concert, so you can see them play their instruments. sure they play the songs note for note the same every night with a surgical if albeit sometimes boring precision. listening to them you might as well be at home listening to the cd. but watching them play is something completely different. they are such virtuosos of their instruments that its a religious experience seeing them do their thing live but up close live. if your more than 20 rows back you might as well be sitting at home listening to the cd.

why not go to the show in st. paul minnesota? I live in the UP too and thats the closest show to me. im sitting 3rd row dead center. cant wait.

not much they can do about the cameras built into cell phones. real cameras are a no no but can be sneaked in if u crotch them. once in security will tell u not 2 use it but they wont take it away. if they catch u at the gate with a camera they will just ask u 2 put it back in your car.

Ive seen RUSH all over the US and Canada. I think they always put on really good shows in Chicago, Milwaukee and Kansas City for some reason. Any show in Canada would be good as well.

I know usually someone will text song for song during the first show and it gets put up on the boards in real time.

I wouldnt go to a RUSH show unless i was in the first 10 rows. Lawn is a waste. You might as well be sitting in the parking lot listening to the show or at home listening to the cd. This tour was the most difficult to find a decent seat. Thats why i went the broker route. $200 = 3rd row center. No hassles, no worries.

I went thru a broker and now im stuck with an extra ticket. 3rd row dead center. Plaza 1, Row 3. Real row 3. This ticket is 3 seats off of dead center. Geddy Lee will be stareing at you all night long. You'll be so close you can spit on his shoes, but I dont recommend that you do that. I have the ticket up on ebay for what i paid for it.
