  1. Umm, no but we'll wait for you to post a video of YOU singing and see how it compares. Deal?
  2. Yes I do. I was a 12 year old in 7th grade in school and most likely the 3rd day of the school season
  3. Happy Anniversary to the release date of Signals
  4. Happy Anniversary to the release date of Hold Your Fire. Personally, I like this album ALOT!!!
  5. Hardest Rocking... Well The Analog Kid is up there, but the choruses do "slow down" in tempo. Same with Between The Wheels but in reverse Marathon and Manhattan Project both rock out. Even Grand Designs rocks out, but can sound kind of "pop-ish" to some (personally I love it) Chemistry and Subdivisions are good rockin keyboard songs. Prime Mover and Lock and Key are good ones too, heck even High Water is a rocker :) Guess I can't decide
  6. Not sure I understand what you mean by "heavy"? Dark sounding?........ "Heavy lyrics"?......... or simply "Heavy on the keyboards"? And why stop at HYF? Go to Presto and I think Available Light could be considered pretty "dark" sounding
  7. Here is 1 video from our show back in January. What does 200 Rush fans screaming/cheering/whistling sound like??? Wait till the end of the video. :)
  8. 1 month away. 5 year anniversary, special guest appearance, over 3 hours of Rush music (classics and many deep cuts), plus a "round the world" commemoration toast. Whew!!! Who wouldn't want to miss that?? :) https://m.facebook.com/events/676709259088506
  9. Kenny - Another place to think about advertising your events (and its FREE) is on Craigslist under the Musicians section. We place adds in all relevant and close cities to where we are playing (ie for our Cleveland show Sept 27, it was placed in the Cleveland and Akron/Canton sections). Hope this helps http://cleveland.cra...4637634925.html
  10. They have 16 rooms to rent for the night, literally within stumbling distance of the bar (which is inside a bowling alley....) I beleve the price is $129 for the room, but hey have double beds so maybe you can split the cost. They also told me that weekend is Penn State "Parents Weekend" so it might fill up quickly. Just an FYI
  11. C'mon now… It isn't that far from Pittsburgh to Baltimore! It's worth the trip to see the best RUSH tribute band on the planet! If hadn't seen kRush before I would probably not be willing to make the jaunt down from Delaware, but having seen them several times now, I can't possibly miss another opportunity to see them perform. To any die hard RUSH fanatic who lives anywhere remotely in the area, I STRONGLY suggest getting your butt out to Fish Head Cantina Saturday night! Krush is good indeed. Saw them at JB McGuiness back in June. Could say the same to all you "east coasters". It's not that far to Pittsburgh so you should check out Distant SIgnals (www.distantsignals.net) :) Yeah, Pittsburgh is @ 5 hours from where I live in Delaware. That's just a bit too far… if it was only 4 1/2 hours or so I might think about it…. :P I guess you didnt check the schedule on our website??? We are playing at State College in October which is at least 2 1/2 hour east of Pittsburgh, which should only be about 3 hours from Deleware (according to your statistics), which is well under your 4 1/2 hour cap

  13. Congrats to Krush. Much success in the future.
  14. At 19:12 during Working Man, you can hear a few lines of By-Tor
  15. This is special to us since it happened in our hometown of Pittsburgh, PA 40 years ago TODAY! Here is a Recording of the very first Rush concert with the new guy/drummer, Neil Peart Rush opened for Uriah Heep and Manfred Mann in front of over 11,000 people at the Civic Arena in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on August 14, 1974.
  16. We have a return date for Friday October 10th.
  17. We have 2 return dates: Saturday October 18th at The Vault - Niagara Falls, NY Saturday November 22nd at The Forvm - Buffalo/Amherst, NY
  18. Lining up some very cool things for this event. For anyone who could possible make it, you DON'T want to miss it!!!!
  19. We realize this event is over 2 months away, but we are already preparing for it now. We have bi-weekly meetings scheduled with the sound and light crew for this event (as we did last January). Pretty special considering we are the ONLY band that performs at this venue where they have pre-planning involved. Why? Becuase we bring so much to our shows, that planning is imperative. We encourage Rush fans that can make this show, please do. This event marks our 5 year anniversary of our very FIRST show back on Oct 4, 2009. Help us celebrate our anniversary, Rush's 40 year anniversary, in the "birthplace" of Rush (Cleveland) along with the RRHOF. We are planning some very big ideas, special guests, really cool video to incorportate, new songs to introduce and some giveaways to those in attendance to show our appreciation for the continued dedication and support. If you want more information visit our website at www.distantsignals.net/next-show.html http://www.distantsignals.net/Brothers_Lounge_Sept_2014.jpg
  20. The show was fantastic. Very recpetive crowd even for a summer's night. Our return should be even bigger in November figuring school will be back in session and Buffalo College (30,000 students) plus no "summer activities" to interfere with our next event.
  21. We will be back at The Forvm in Buffalo, NY for a pre-Thanksgiving, stuff your face full of Rush music event on Saturday Nov. 22nd
