WOW, $400 a ticket for The Rolling Stones. I would go see them for like $50 but WOW, the ticket prices these days are about as bad as the gas prices. I wouldn't pay $400 to see any band, ever.

I doubt Britney will even write songs for herself, let alone other artists. Ya never know though, she might get some songwriting abilities once she becomes a mother lol. No comparison at all. Their muscianship is 2 different ballgames. Not even close.

She writes a lot of catchy songs, and she has a pretty nice voice to boot. In an ERA of music that lacks in my opinion, theres just not a lot of great bands to choose from anymore. Most music these days are just a copy of something else that's already been done 500,000,000,000 times before. People send me songs of new bands and I'm always like "that sounds like blah blah blah"...... Not a lot of original music anymore. If you know of any please let me know, because I usually like good music that has at least a little bit of original thoughts to it, just hard to find thats all.

I'm going to see "System of a Down" at Continental Coliseum on 8/23 Then one of the many U2 shows at Madison Square Garden.

Styx and April Wine in 1979 on the Cornerstone tour. It's still one if the best shows I've seen and not just because it was my first but back then Styx was awesome and pretty much in their leak, and April Wine was one of the best backup bands I've ever seen. Loved it, couldnt ask for a better first concert really.

I like some def leapard songs. They used to really rock. High and Dry is a rocking album, one of my favorites. It reminded me of AC-DC with more cutting edge sound and a better singer (than brian johnson)...... Their backup vocals have always been pretty cool. After pyromania they got lame.

Friday is just another day to me. I used to go out every weekend but I'm older now, it's not that big of a deal anymore. I can have just as much fun dickin around the house playin ball with my dog. My excuse is, I'm not into the bar scene anymore, I can visit people on any day, so being at home on a Friday means nothing to me. I will get my fair share of having fun this summer, bet on that.

Ace ventura #1 was one of my favorite movies of all time. lol.......The second one I turned off half way through, it wasn't near as good as the first one IMO.
