  1. Cristina Scabbia would be a good actress. She was amazing in the videos for Blood, Tears, Dust and You Love Me 'Cause I Hate You.
  2. No one will ever replace Freddie, but I'm actually getting used to Adam Lambert being in this band. He's very talented. He really killed it in his PLL cameo.
  3. Synthesis by Evanescence and 2 greatest hits packages of Canadian bands.
  4. I'm looking forward to this one. I've seen them twice. Opeth was my user name at another website.
  5. Holy Diver was an epic song. That man could really sing.
  6. ...And Justice For All Metallic Master Of Puppets Kill 'Em All Death Magnetic St. Anger Hardwired... To Self Destruct Ride The Lightning
  7. This is my favorite song of theirs:
  8. Oh, where have you been, my blue-eyed son? Oh, where have you been, my darling young one? I've stumbled on the side of twelve misty mountains I've walked and I've crawled on six crooked highways I've stepped in the middle of seven sad forests I've been out in front of a dozen dead oceans I've been ten thousand miles in the mouth of a graveyard And it's a hard, and it's a hard, it's a hard, and it's a hard And it's a hard rain's a-gonna fall

  10. I was attacked last week. It happened 8 blocks away from the university. I wasn't injured, but I was really shaken up by the whole incident. Then when I got home, I heard this song playing on an FM station. It was like Chris Cornell was comforting me from the grave.
  11. Happy New Year Boots...definitely buy more albums. You should try Tai Chi. I used to take Tai Chi back in my bike racing days for balance and coordination. Two years ago I fell and dislocated both knee caps and tore pretty much everything in and around both knees requiring multiple surgeries. As I was progressing in my recovery I crashed my mountain bike and broke my nose, collar bone and three ribs. I finally get back to some kind of "normal" and could drive again and a deer jumped over an overpass landing perfectly on top of my car. Nothing broken but everything shaken and hurting. I could barely move for weeks and then I started tai chi again and am doing great. Even back on the bike. All the best to you! I took a tai chi class a long time ago. It was ok, but the instructor was one of those jack-of-all-trades who taught at the community centre. I fell on my knee caps when I was in high school. I tripped on an uneven sidewalk. I ended up with a chronic condition called patellofemoral syndrome. Sometimes I had flareups of PTS when I was in karate. I've had 2 surgeries on my nose. That's why it looks so weird now. I did a bit of hatha yoga last year. I think I will do more of it in the New Year. It's not too strenuous. http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2017/12/31/00/47A40EBC00000578-0-image-m-16_1514678485720.jpg Did you get a dog for Christmas?

  13. Try to buy more albums, I guess. I'm taking up belly dancing to strengthen my lower back muscles. I'm trying to work out twice a day every day (cardio, pushups, weights). I'm also giving up alcohol because it affects my judgment. My mother's cousin in Germany was killed by a drunk driver. She was married to an American officer. My mom's sister and my best friend in high school also married American officers. My sister's dad was in the US Army too. I guess I will have to support all the troops as well.
  14. That's too bad. I used to have a picture of me in my Cowboys sweatshirt. I sent it to a US Marine in Iraq. Then I never heard from him again. Sometimes I wonder what happened to him.

  16. I only bought 3 albums this year. Two were from Iron Maiden and the other one was Taylor Swift's new album. It's too bad Lorraine left the forum. When I was lying half dead in the hospital, she was the only one who seemed to care. She's the only one who ever notices when I'm gone.
  17. I'm glad that what's his name left the forum. He was always stalking me, trolling my threads and sending me creepy PM'S. I was actually afraid for my personal safety.
  18. Some people will flirt with anyone in a scarf.
