  1. The Spirit of Raddicchio (flavor profile will negatively impact sales at store level)
  2. Vanillabean eath between behind
  3. I had no idea... and some good ones in there.... but the Forumers here will top those
  4. If Jerry Garcia gets one, I say Rush should get one. Suggested flavors? Vanilla Strangiato
  5. Gavin Harrison would be an incredible choice.
  6. The more I think about it, and the more I hear from Ged and Al, I believe at a minimum, Ged and Al will write and record some new material before long. Whether or not Neil will want to record is anyone's guess, but I have a feeling that by the time they get around to being ready to record, Ged and Al will have it in their heads that they'll record new material with another drummer. (but not under the name Rush). Once that decision is made, Neil will want back in... at least to the studio. This is nothing more than gut feeling but as much as Neil refers to himself as retired, I think that subconsciously, Neil likes being "wanted"...... and once he's not, he may regret how he's positioning himself now.
  7. i'd love to hear ged and al record something with Gavin Harrison. he's such an incredible talent.
  8. If we're talking about the 3 of them, I don't see a tour of any significant length taking place again. Maybe the odd performance or performances (Massey Hall/Radio City) but can't see them doing the 30-40 show tours anymore. It's just too much for Neil. I don't think he believes he has the physical capacity to pull it off at the level he expects from himself. Even though it's no longer profitable to, I could see them recording new material and trying to figure out the business model after that. (it's just a gut feeling).
  9. It's an interesting topic to debate. No one, including the guys themselves, have the answer to it. Personally, I wouldn't be surprised if at some point in the next couple of years, Neil decides he'd be ok with a " farewell " tour. My biggest concern with it would be how their performances might come across with the passage of a few more years, and little to no activity from them in between. They certainly seem to be in fine form, but I really have to wonder how long they can continue to play and sound as good as they did on this tour. There is no shame in walking away from it if you either feel that you physically can't do it anymore, or emotionally, you do not want to do it anymore. Neil feels that he's done... he knows his physical and emotional limitations and in the end, I'd rather trust his feelings about his decision than anyone else's. I read a quote recently that Ged feels that Neil is so strong that he still has enough in the tank to continue a few more years. If that's true, but Neil doesn't WANT to play, then that says a lot. The guy feels like he's done. Leave the man be. All I know is, unless they all WANT to do it, and can play at a very high level, I'm not sure I'd want to see them playing below the standard that I've become accustomed to. I'd rather see them walk away now then witness that.
