  1. I’m out on this one. It sounded bad on plastic CD. I can’t imagine it sounding any better on vinyl record.
  2. Thanks for the kind words. Only took a little over 11 years.
  3. Congrats to him! How cool to be able to compete at Augusta right before the Masters !! :ebert: :ebert: True. But the only “real” part of the course they were able to actually play on was the 18th green. Which is pretty cool. You think that they would at least let them play 9 holes. As far as the week before the masters, could have been the week before anything. No ticket comps. Even for practice rounds.
  4. My nephew's 14 year old son competed in his 3rd Drive, Chip, & Putt National Championship at Augusta National this past weekend. I think he's a golf prodigy.
  5. Queen, Hungarian Rhapsody: Queen Live in Budapest. From the Magic tour. Freddie's last. 2 CD, 1 Blu-ray set. Pretty good sound for a live recording from 1986.
  6. Peter Frampton, Frampton Comes Alive, 25th Anniversary edition.
  7. I hope he gets back to normal soon. While they’re at it, maybe they can fix his vocal cords so he can actually sing.
  8. 1st line of the article reads “FRI, APR 1, 2016@7:45AM”.
  9. The one at the end of The Garden is a tear-jerker. I said it years ago and I'll say it again - what a song to end a 40+ year career on. Don't care much for CA, but The Garden is a masterpiece. I am not sure if The Garden would be as big a tearjerker if it were Track 5 on Vapor Trails, but when you know it is literally their last song, I find it hard not to feel emotional, every time, especially during Alex's solo. I love the lyrics too...it's very moving. It's a very emotional song. And that guitar just grabs me. I love watching the video of it from the CA tour. The CA Ensemble really add to it. I have to skip it sometimes, like when at work...it really should be listened to intently, not just playing in the background whilst you do something boring. It deserves attention. And I don't really want to listen to it sometimes as I don't want to feel like Rush are done... It’s hard for me to watch the end of “Time Stand Still” and listen to The Garden without losing it.
  10. Get Your Wings. One of my very favorite albums. Every song on it is great. It’s produced pretty well for its time too.
  11. Either the solo at the end of Mission or the end of The Garden. Both of them fit the songs more then perfectly.
  12. A version available in the Apple bookstore would be great so I can read it on my iPad. They did a great job on Geddy’s Book of Bass.
  13. I’ll have it on release day! I wonder how (or if) the Backstage Club will market this?
  14. Monday, December 16, 1974, Agora Ballroom, Cleveland Ohio
  15. It was much better seeing live.
