The Dali

This may have been discussed previously, but since I'm a newbie and didn't find it in the search records I thought I'd throw it out there... Any Rush fans like Coheed and Cambria? I just got into them about 2 months ago (I was watching some music channel and their recent song The Running Free came on and I was hooked)... I liken them to a mixture of Rush and Iron Maiden with fewer solos. Just wondering what people think out there... later.

I agree with most of you that the 16 minutes of "Hemispheres" is the best music on this CD. In fact, that album, along with Fly By Night, are what go me hooked on Rush. The chording that Alex uses is just awesome. Now, Hemispheres is my favorite, but if I don't want to listen to 16 minutes of music I'll take La Villa in a heartbeat. La Villa is probably my favorite intrumental of all-time. I haven't heard the entire Hemispheres in concert, but I did get a chance to hear 2112 in its entirety about 3 years ago and it was awesome!
