Haven't been to a doctor or anything yet, but damn if milk and yogurt haven't been destroying me lately. I just got my first thing of almond milk to experiment with it, and hot damn it's pretty good! Poured it over some vanilla granola with almonds. Tasty! Anyone have their lactose intolerance start up in their mid-20's? Milk and yogurt are what I've noticed so far, can't really tell with slices of cheese on a sandwich or anything.

Broom ball. Pretty much just baseball with a wiffle ball and broom, but with the addition of a new type of home run: if it hit a passing car, automatic home run.

I iron for 2 things: job interviews and weddings that require my presence either in the party or a more prominent table (i.e. not with the alcoholic third cousin and the mom's weird little neighbor friend who she made you take on a date in high school because she was too awkward and let's face it I wasn't getting laid anyway so what the hell but then she got a date to prom and you didn't and all of a sudden you hate yourself for finding yourself at this table with this girl who suddenly seems a bit more hairy and what the hell is that an Adam's apple) Yeah. the dryer usually is fine

Fredrik Akesson According to Fredrik, the next record will go "in a somewhat different direction to Heritage. It won't be a step back, but it will be different. Maybe more intense in a way. You'll have to wait and see! I was in the studio today and put down my solos and I was very happy about it. The song I heard that Mikael[Åkerfeldt]wrote today sounds very cool. I think that's all I can say at this point!" He says the band is planning to re-enter the studio this fall, perhaps at the end of September. Stay tuned!

Spent about 5 hours at Sea World! Had such a good day, kind of a spiritual cleansing thing, that I got a pretty cool coffee mug (sea turtles) just because why not.

My dad was diagnosed with prostate cancer back in January, but they luckily caught it very early. He had his surgery today, and it went very well (the surgeon described it as a "pleasant case"). He should be home tomorrow!
