  1. I watched it. I thought it was pretty good. I like the way they did the Bionic effects.
  2. QUOTE (condemned2bfree @ Aug 24 2007, 07:53 AM) Gotta question. Does anyone know the first real 007? History Buffs May know this, as its out of popular culture. Some think it was Ian Fleming and his books were just a cover.
  3. For me its 1. Sean- The First and Best 2. Roger- Big Shoes to fill plus I grew up with him as Bond. But got real old towards the end 3.Pierce- This was a tough one I think his last Bond movie was his best most were as someone else said overthetop. 4.Danny- Now I had my Doubts about him but when I finally saw the flick i was blow away a few more like this one and He will take over the top spot. 5.TIMMY!!!!!!! Ok not great. Just didn't fit the part. 6.George What a Waste!! He was terrible 7.David(Not a real Bond but what the Heck) I have this weird feeling of Deji-vu
  4. QUOTE (JohnnyBlaze @ Aug 14 2007, 11:51 AM) QUOTE (Digital Man @ Aug 15 2007, 12:33 AM) Maybe a redo of Thunderball or Dr. No???? I hope they don't redo any Bond movies. This one was great and the next one doesn't have to rehash any of the previous flicks. Let those older movies stand on their own...some of them were good, others bad. But they all should be left alone entirely. Totally Agree with you on that.
  5. Dam you Kazz!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I been waiting for this for a while now!! I have only heard some samples but sounds pretty good.

  7. I think it would kill the show if they have Geena Davis on it. It seems that this is just a rumor ?????
  8. Great Movie. Thanks for the link I think someone should tell Billy enough is enough with the Face lifts.
  9. This is from "Jon's" Myspace group QUOTE Posted: Jul 6, 2007 2:48 PM Now that the movie is finally wrapped, I can spend a little more time filling you all in. I have been reading as many of your posts as I can and here are responses to your most popular questions: First of all, as you probably already know, there is not a teaser trailer on the front of Transformers as many of you had hoped and speculated. We are, however, planning to reveal something very cool very soon. This month, in fact. In San Diego. We've secured a prime slot Saturday afternoon in the big room at SDCC. We will split an hour with Marvel and Hulk and plan to cut something together to reward the fans for their interest, support and patience. In addition to our Saturday afternoon presentation, we will be doing a signing and poster giveaway at the Marvel booth on Saturday. Paramount is also doing a rundown of its slate on Thursday which I will do my best to attend as well. Second of all, you had questions about Iron Monger/Mandarin/Obadiah Stane. My response is read the books. We took certain liberties to keep things fresh and unexpected but we are essentially using the books to inspire our story. Iron Man fans should have no problem piecing together what's what. As far as what villians appear in this movie's storyline, I should reiterate that in the year spent developing our story we decided to treat Iron Man as a first chapter. We cover the origin story and the rise of the hero. It stands alone as a movie, but definitely leaves room for more to be told. Sequels often feel like the story was slapped together in a scramble to exploit a successful franchise. I prefer when stories are mapped out in advance. They feel less repetitive and arbitrary. Additional Iron Man movies are by no means guaranteed but, if we are lucky enough to do more, we will be ready to do them well. Third. Cameos. I've read that Sam Jackson and Hilary Swank are Shield agents and that I myself play a Vegas security guard. There is no truth to any of these rumors. (Well, maybe one is true.) This Movie is sounding Better all the time.

    Transformers

Saw it last night Great Movie! Bay did a a very good job with this one The Effect were Outstanding and the Story was decent very good Family Movie! Just wrote a Review What are you seeing
  11. Went to see Transformers Last night. I have to give it a 4.5 out 5 I can not believe that Michael Bay did such a good job with this. Besides some origins changes which ended up working really well, this was what any Transformer Fan could have wanted and more getting Peter Cullen to reprise his vocal skills for Optimus Prime a great move no one else would have sounded right in that part. The Effect were outstanding the in Motion Transforming scene were masterfully done. A couple of issue I had with the Film were the little lame comments like "Humans are truly "More then Meets the Eye"and a few "No Way" moments that are pretty standard in most big Summer Blockbusters But all in all if thats the biggest thing I can come up with then its a pretty good movie I would Without a Doubt Tell anyone To go see this
  12. I didn't like the "Tank" after seeing it before the Movie after seeing what it did during the movie it grew on me. I still think the batmobile should have some style to it. But I am much more in favor of this model rather then in Batman 3 and 4
  13. Batman Begins is a complete overhaul of the Batman Movie Franchise. And is By far a Best Superhero Movie to date. Batman The Dark Knight is the Sequel to Batman Begins. Which will be coming out next Summer.
  14. QUOTE (pedro2112 @ Jun 9 2007, 09:05 AM) QUOTE (Batman @ Jun 9 2007, 03:58 AM) No I really don't think Rush is out to get her really? what part of her story made you think she was full of shit? the part about how it was the government that killed Jackie or Selena, or the part about how she is being "remotely viewed" by Neil Peart? It was a close call between the two then Nikko McBrain started "Moving Picture" with me and I decoded that she was full of crap.
  15. I saw it at the $1.99 theater... Kinda want my Money back. What a waste of a couple of hours.
  16. Missed it by that much........ I love that show Mel Brooks and Buck Henry I believe were the writers for the show.
  17. If you contact the White House with stuff like this you will Be watched! I don't think Rush cares what voices in this ladies head says. But the US Govt takes stuff like this as a threat. *Edit I have just listen to the whole "interview" and while I can't help but think this lady needs some real help,I will say I don't put anything past the Governments of the world to try and use every means "necessary" to stay in control. But this sort of off the wall accusation that a Rock band is invading her mind does the cause of finding out what experiments are really going on a Huge disservice.* No I really don't think Rush is out to get her
  18. All of Rush is invading her head!
  19. They told me Alssya Milano was coming to pick me up I did pack a bag but I decide to sleep Naked. Nothing yet I'll keep you all updated.
  20. Here's a cool different idea from the creator of Heroes (if its True) Heroes: Origins is an upcoming American science fiction drama, a spinoff of NBC's hit show Heroes. Heroes: Origins will introduce one new character per episode, and viewers will choose which character will join the main cast at the end of the run. The second season of Heroes and the first season of Heroes: Origins will include a total of 30 episodes. The reason given for the spin-off was to remove the mid-season hiatus, which caused the ratings to falter when Heroes returned in Season 1.[2] "We've got something I call the 'bulk-up challenge' for next year, which is trying to stay more consistent in our scheduling for the audience," NBC chief Kevin Reilly told reporters Monday (5/14) at a press conference announcing the network's 2007-08 schedule. Jericho

CBS Reverses Decision to Ax 'Jericho' By LYNN ELBER, AP Television Writer LOS ANGELES - "Jericho" fans who slammed CBS with protests over the drama's cancellation have won the battle: It will return next season, the network said Wednesday. It was an unusual display of viewer might since networks usually put ratings ahead of even the most passionate, well-organized fan base. But CBS said the show deserved another chance, while cautioning that it must prove it has wider appeal. "Wow! Over the past few weeks you have put forth an impressive and probably unprecedented display of passion in support of a prime time television series," CBS Entertainment President Nina Tassler said in a letter to "Jericho" boosters. The letter was released to The Associated Press. "You got our attention; your emails and collective voice have been heard," Tassler wrote, and seven episodes have been ordered for midseason 2007-08. "In success, there is the potential for more. But, for there to be more `Jericho,' we will need more viewers." Fans must do their part to rally interest while the network does its job, she said. CBS is planning a campaign to reintroduce "Jericho," including rerunning the show on CBS this summer, streaming episodes and clips online and releasing the first season on DVD on Sept. 25. The show's return date and scheduling has yet to be determined. CBS had to complete deals with cast members, including star Skeet Ulrich, before announcing its decision. Networks rarely reverse a show's axing but CBS has proven its flexibility at least once before. In 1983, after "Cagney & Lacey" was canceled and the network was bombarded with protests, the police drama was brought back in 1984 _ and ran successfully to 1988. Since "Jericho" was canceled last month the network has been deluged with calls, messages and shipments of nuts signifying viewer displeasure. "We are tired of the networks (not just CBS) tossing aside quality programming," was the message carried by jericholives.com, one of several web sites protesting the cancellation. "Enough! We're going to fight for this one." Clarke Ingram, a "Jericho" fan from Pittsburgh, Pa., and a spokesman for jericholives, said Tuesday that the drama about a Kansas town isolated by a nuclear terrorist attack deserved renewal for its daring premise, writing and acting. "People would paint this as teenagers in tinfoil hats" rallying behind the show, said Ingram, 50, an operations manager for two radio stations. "That's not what this is. These are educated professionals." Several factors worked in the show's favor: It appealed to the young adult viewers sought by advertisers and was one of CBS' most popular shows streamed online, indicating an audience beyond that measured by traditional ratings. CBS also likely took into consideration the dent a long hiatus put in the show's viewership, the same scheduling misstep that hurt ABC's "Lost" and NBC's "Heroes." Last fall, "Jericho" was averaging 10.5 million viewers; when it returned in the spring, it drew about 8.1 million, about a 23 percent decline from the first half of the season. The display of fan enthusiasm included the delivery of 50,000 pounds of peanuts to its New York offices. In the season finale, a character replies "Nuts!" to a demand that the beleaguered town of Jericho surrender. That's the same response that a U.S. general in World War II made to a German demand for surrender at the Battle of the Bulge. Another positive outcome of the fan campaign: CBS is donating the protest peanuts to charities, including one that sends care packages to troops overseas. 22. The Joker is going to be sick in this one. Looks like their doing a great job with this film just like the last! As long as the stop the everyone finding out who Batman is it'll be awesome!
  23. I remember seeing this at least eight times that summer between camp trips(Rain days meant Movie Day and everyone always voted Star Wars.) and family Drive-In nights. It was great! The best was taking Batboy to see it on the Big screen. He was about the same age as I was when they were released. Seeing the Movie again through him was awesome the second it was over he looked at me and can we see it again now!!
