As a former resident of the Coachella Valley, I miss events like this. We don't get this kind of stuff in Nebraska! I will however, be attending the Opeth/Enslaved show in Omaha in May.
  2. I voted Symphonic Prog, because that is what I keep coming back to. Lately I have been getting into Canterbury (Gong), Krautrock (Ash Ra Tempel), and Zeuhl (Magma).
  3. This was the 1st "R" rated movie my parents let me watch. I own it and watch it at least once a year. I still haven't got my wife to appreciate it yet. The scenes with Dudley in them are classics also.
  4. I had to vote other. My vote would be for "The Ref" with Denis Leary. 2nd choice would be Lethal Weapon, it's kind a family tradition to watch these 2, plus Die Hard occasionally.
  5. My 3 year old provided me with one of those proud dad moments yesterday. I was working on the computer and she came downstairs and starting banging on things with a couple plastic rules. Then she threw them in the air. I told her not to throw them, and she looked at me said, "I'm trying to be like Neil!" Makes me so proud!
  6. Herbert, while at the Jr High dance. "Don't forget to stretch out those creamy hamstrings." It's just creepy
