  1. Waited too long, there is one seat left in section 201 in row Z. I will talk with the Mrs today and see if she wants to go still or sit a few rows apart. If so I will get in touch with you-I have pay pal.
  2. I need two, my wife is coming with me this time. If things change by then and you still have it I would like to buy it. Could meet up before the show.
  3. I would like one or two to this show in the front sections. All this is available is the second sections. If anyone has extras please let me know. I live in the Seattle area. Thanks.
  4. I am coming down from Seattle for the show-if anyone knows someone with an extra ticket or two they need to sell I would like to buy if they are in first sections.
  5. I would like to buy two tickets for the July 28 show in the first sections if anyone has extras they cannot use.
  6. last time sections 1,2 and 3 were open. Not sure about this, but I think they are open.
  7. QUOTE (BIAS2112 @ Sep 3 2010, 12:59 AM) SRO will respond to your email. They have always replied to mine. Just give them a week. Thanks, I will look forward to that response. Seems like a sneeky way to meet the band, but I figure it is something they will interested in, plus I like the idea of giving THEM an autographed picture from some fans who happen to work on the shuttle!
  8. QUOTE (FoxxiStarr @ Sep 3 2010, 02:25 AM) Cool ... maybe you can get the astronauts to sneak a copy of "Countdown" with them so THEY can play it! You know, I probably could have asked them to do that. But they had already done their walk through and inspection before the contest.
  9. QUOTE (The_Enemy_Within @ Jul 19 2010, 11:09 PM) How far in advance do you have to do this??? I never knew people did this. I SO wanna get something signed! I mailed my book last tour about a week before the show to the venue, I put attention to the band on outside, included a Self addressed stamped envelope and a short note, got it back about a week after the show. funny, though, Neil signed it and put Charlotte and the date, which was the next stop on the tour after Florida. Neil wrote about them doing this in his Roadshow book.
  10. QUOTE (gator2112 @ Jul 17 2010, 11:52 AM) I sent 2 things last tour. On both legs. First I sent "Contents Under Pressure" book. All the guys signed it. Next leg I sent a "Snakes & Arrows" lithograph I picked up on the first leg. They all signed it, with Geddy writing good luck to me. So don't worry about getting it back. Thinking of sending my copy of "Ghost Rider" for Neil to sign. I sent "Concert Tour by Motorcylce" and Neil signed it with happy travels. I used to ride BMW's, so I really relished that one!
  11. Does anyone out there have a contact with SRO, Rush's management company. I emailed them today and hopefully will hear back. I work on the shuttle in Florida and when Discovery rolls to the launch pad later this month a bunch of us are going to get a photo done in front wearing our Rush shirts. I want to present three signed photos by some techs who work on it to the guys at the Tampa show. If anyone has any kind of contact with them or the venue, let me know. Thanks.
  12. Seems like Jacob's Ladder is the new Camera Eye. Now that they are Playing Camera Eye everyone can wait 27 years for Jacob's ladder.
  13. Does anyone know if Ford Ampitheater in Tampa releases tickets just before the show? I know at Amway arena in Orlando I bought a single ticket for Rush last time at 4PM day of show, they had a couple seat first three rows, I got first row on side of stage, excellent seat. Two buddies of mine got presale from Rush.com and were in my section only about 30 rows up.
  14. QUOTE (KillerInstinct @ Apr 11 2010, 06:51 PM) Would Rush tickets sell 2-3 hours after the starting selling point? Need to know, Im a Rush ticket newbie. Since 1983 I have never experienced a fast sell out of a Rush show between Lakeland, Tampa, Orlando and W. Palm Florida or Denver. I think the only complete sell out I remember was 1983 for Signals, but never 2-3 hours.
  15. My first show was Signals in 83, about 12 bucks, shirts about 12 bucks. that tour rocked, I missed GUP because of the Air Force and saw them on PW, Presto, RTB, Counterparts. Wish I had seen them on T4E when they played all of 2112. Any way, have seen all the from Vapor Trails to this year. I must say, I like the last few tours the best because no opening act, long sets. I had never seen Xanadu played in it entirety or Natural Science or Bytor, so those have been a treat. Also, never saw Between the Wheels since missing GUP. So, yeah it was great seeing them more often and hearing new stuff more often, but overall I have enjoyed the 2000's the most, except the ticket and T-shirt prices.
