  3. 10/1/77. AFTK's tour with UFO opening at the Santa Monica Civic. I believe the tickets were $10 for 8th row.
  4. Thank you! Sorry they postponed the shows around you! Last night was a mixed bag but overall it was a fun show. my buddy posted some footage of Closer to The Heart at the Greek Theater in LA. OOF I would rather see Seas of Cheese in its entirety.
  5. Norm MacDonald on battles with cancer: “I’m pretty sure, I’m not a doctor, but I’m pretty sure if you die, the cancer dies at the same time. That’s not a loss. That’s a draw.”
  6. This sucks... if true https://deadline.com...-61-1234833212/
  7. No kidding. Keith will outlive us all.
  8. :( https://www.clickondetroit.com/entertainment/2021/08/24/rolling-stones-drummer-charlie-watts-has-died-at-age-80/

  11. Sorry if this has been posted already, but cool :) http://alexlifeson.c...t/alex-lifeson/ Alex Lifeson has launched an official website at AlexLifeson.com to coincide with the release of his new signature Epiphone Les Paul Standard Axcess guitar. To mark the occasion, Lifeson is debuting two NEW instrumental tracks titled Kabul Blues and Spy House. You can listen to previews of the tracks below or in (via Alex's new official YouTube channel), with the tracks eventually being released in their entirety exclusively via AlexLifeson.com. 12. Haha my wife and I just watched it and afterwards she said “we need to go to Toronto and look for them at the Bodega” :) Let me know when you're going. The six of us can have lunch together. That would not suck.

  14. I totally missed this. Thank you everyone!
  15. Apparently he had a wrist injury. According to KK he will show up at some live shows and play a few songs.
  16. Howard was very negative about Rush during the Bonham vs. Peart discussion. He said multiple times that he finds Rush's music to be "soulless". Howard does indeed hate Rush. Gary (Bababooey) is not really a big fan of Rush. It's staffer Jon Hein who is the big Rush fan and he pushed back on Howard during the Peart vs. Bonham debate. Another staff member, Richard Christy, who is a damn good metal drummer in his own right voted for Neil over Bonham. Howard needs to watch Beyond The Lighted Stage. I think he would gain some appreciation for the band.
  17. I saw that too in '79. and then Jobson was on the 1980 Tull album "A" which I think is very underrated.
  18. You can find the extended version of the live album Night After Night here It's awesome.
