I've been listening to this one on repeat for a little while now; I think it's my favourite on the album (at least for now). Beautiful chorus and I love the strings...

I'm very, very mildly intolerant, but I only ever have milk with coffee anyway. I don't think we should be drinking near as much as we're told we should. I enjoy cheese, however! Did you know that lactose tolerance in adulthood is actually the oddity, even if it's generally more common than intolerance? Biologically, our bodies are "coded" or so to speak (on one of our chromosomes) to decrease production of the enzyme (lactase) that allows us to digest milk after infancy. It is believed that tolerance throughout adulthood developed from a mutation that has prevailed since milk has become pretty prevalent in society... we're the only mammals in the world to drink milk past weaning (and a cow's, no less!). Well, there's your biology lesson for the day.

I sadly haven't seen any of these save for The Fly. I have the soundtrack for The Fly as well, by the same composer as for LotR (Howard Shore!). Good stuff.

I love Bones. I'm waiting for the third season to come out on DVD, though I've been watching it online. Booth and Bones are amazing.
