  3. QUOTE (Drummerrobin @ Oct 4 2011, 08:14 AM) QUOTE (HowItIs @ Oct 4 2011, 02:35 AM)QUOTE (Tony R @ Oct 3 2011, 02:10 PM) Of course there's also Cygnus X-1 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OBf-W2n-P_o...be_gdata_player Why men would want to tw** about with what is basically a child's toy is beyond me. But it takes all sorts... Wow. That was pretty judgmental, wasn't it? Some of the best musicians I know play the uke. A really good player can really make a little uke sing: It most certainly is NOT a child's toy. Nope it's not a child's toy. However the same couldn't be said for this... OK....who let the sitar in????? GREAT VIDEO!!!!!
  4. I do not know if this has been covered yet, but this seems to be an interesting topic.... For the last couple of months, I have been intrigued by the music of the Japanese animated ukulele duo called U900. A beige teddy bear and a black rabbit with pink lips play ukulele covers of songs such as "Walk, Don't Run", "Diamond Head", and more recently "I Want You Back". Then I got the notion to see if there were ANY You Tube videos of Rush songs played on the Ukulele. And There are! and just for good measure....
  5. This is kind of off topic, but for all you Rush fans who have been intrigued by The Spirit Of Radio, Donna Halper will be a guest on Steve Leveille's show on 1030 WBZ Boston ealy tomorrow morning from 12 AM to 5 AM. HAPPY 90TH BIRTHDAY WBZ! Any Glick-nicks left out there? Northeast Radio Watch

  19. OK...if you remeber William Hung a few years back.... check out Danish twin brothers singing an ABBA tune...... If you didn't like that song, perhaps you might like this song either. Sorry for the Danish dialouge.... Speaking of William Hung.... suppose Mr. Weinrib was at a Blue Jays home game- behind home plate, as always- and it was time for the seventh inning stretch....do you think Mr. Weinrib would have covered his ears when he heard
  20. Suddenly You were gone From all the lives you left your mark upon. RIP Heath
