  1. Those first few chords in Big Money from A Show of Hands... first tape I ever bought.
  2. I almost bit on the 2 tickets in section 210 in Tampa, but the wife insists on being right under Ged's nose... I insist that this shouldn't be difficult. Nonetheless, we're on the patience train headed for insanity... pray for us.
  3. FWIW, I need two for Tampa... If I get a hold of something before the show date, I'll holler.

So I'm waiting for my flight out of Miami (have no idea why I didn't fly out of Ft Laud, but whatever) and I'm headed for the closest bar to pay way too much for a beer, right? Right! WELL, there was this cute little Hispanic girl serving up the brews (forgot her name, sorry) and she was busting some other guy's chops about not knowing who Geddy Lee is, right? Right! WELL, I had to announce my fanhood and she proceeded to inform me about the new album coming out and how many shows she'd been to and all that. Not anything earth-shattering or anything, but it was good to run into her... Thanks for the beers and hope I tipped enough!
  6. QUOTE (MCM @ Aug 29 2011, 07:46 PM)QUOTE (FOH Lights @ Aug 29 2011, 03:07 PM) QUOTE (Tommy Sawyer @ Aug 29 2011, 02:36 PM)QUOTE (FOH Lights @ Aug 29 2011, 03:34 PM) On Saturday I was told By who? Ughhh, seriously? Do we have to play this game? I heard it from my ex-wife's cousin who delivers newspapers to a guy who sold Geddy's uncle a car back in the 90's, but sold it in early 2001. He knows a guy who worked on the car recently and was told by the woman who brought it into the shop that she heard it from her 4 yr old daughter who heard it at daycare from one of the teachers. How the teacher knows about the album, I have no idea, but I figured it was pretty important info so, I thought I'd share... Feel better now?? Is that guy who delivers newspapers related to the FedEx driver who delivered the package to the rehersal studio and told us that they would be playing all of Hemispheres on the second leg of the Snakes & Arrows tour? Cause if it is then we know the source is good.. Nice.

    I lost it.

I checked and checked and checked... all I see is a googly eyed dude in a dungeon. Maybe that's where I left it... Any other ideas?

    I lost it.

Can anyone help me find the link to download that mix that Paganoman made? I'm getting a little jenky without it. Thanks in advance!!!
  10. QUOTE (Lost In Xanadu @ Aug 15 2011, 12:52 PM) QUOTE (drbirdsong @ Aug 15 2011, 12:34 PM) My vinyl copy had the wrong lyrics. It was the first American edition. I'm not sure it was ever corrected until it came out on cd. My CD insert has it wrong, but that was purchased in the early 90s. Ditto
  11. So I'm sitting here ready to click like mad when I see that it's not eastern time for the public sale... sigh... Any advice for a first time Red Rocks show? Up front? Midway back? The g/friend thinks I'm nuts to fly to CO just for a concert... I told her that "it ain't no CONCERT, babe... it's RUSH!" See you there!
