Got this and the new Queensryche in the mail , it'll be a couple weeks before I listen because Maiden is up at the moment.

The Decemberists , can't think of the name without digging it out. Lotta mediocre releases this year IMO.

Both are great , but only one has "Moving in Stereo".

My copy arrived yesterday ,and I was surprised they stuck an autographed picture in there.

I'm listening to the new Spock's Beard now , then I have Riverside and Maiden coming up...I'll probably give this a go around Halloween.

I saw the last tour and it was good, so it really doesn't matter if they come around here.

They've gotten SOOOOOO sloooowwwwwww. Not only that if you order two or more pre-release albums they insist on sending them together and only when both albums have been released. For example I ordered the new Motorhead and Maiden from them and they won't send the Motorhead until the Maiden is released. This is so you have to buy them separately and at £9.99 each you're just under the free postage threshold. Talk about tight-fisted bastards! I feel your pain Duck.

Saw the Foos in Noblesville the other night and they were awesome ! Also they played Tom Sawyer because there were alot of Rush shirts in the crowd.

More likely Livenation was butthurt because Rush turned them down so someone concoted this story. Nevermind the guys stated mutiple times they were taking a break after the Clockwork Angels tour and didn't want to tour last year. Yeah I saw that and got a laugh. I don't post much there , those people are still upset over things that happened a decade ago. :eyeroll:

Yeah I got the big purple box set when it came out , love me some 70's Queen.

And it reversed a decade long slide in album sales and got the band on the radio in a big way for the first time in almost as long. It did. i remember Dreamline being pimped out hard on the radio back in he day, lol. Mick Around here we got Ghost of a Chance ...alot. I've never heard Dreamline on the radio.

Maybe... :) My two favorite bands :D Somehow the fact that they are your two favorite bands just amazes me for some reason. I know there are big loyal Kiss fans out there but I will never understand the why. A great show is one thing but the music is another. Never could stand them... My 2 favs as well ...but ughhhh that's awful.

In my blue collar high school, Rush, Zep, and Pink Floyd were the most popular bands. At my yuppie college, not so much. I can't ever remember caring though. I only knew about 20% of the people in their video (Grohl, Morello, and maybe a couple of others). I'm not going to rent "I Love You, Man" because Rush plays a role in it and I'm not going to watch Trailer Park Boys for the same reason.
