  1. Was just listening to Vapor Trails.... the best Rush album since Signals, probably. Was totally overlooked at the time but it's really a masterpiece.
  2. QUOTE (Drumnut @ Jun 4 2010, 04:44 AM) QUOTE (onslo @ Jun 3 2010, 05:22 AM)I have 'petit mal' epilepsy. I don't have seizures I just have what the call absenses. I don't like that word, though. I don't feel absent! It's just a strange feeling as though my whole perception changes and I can't really think or talk for a bit. You know what, though? I seriously recommend to anyone with epilepsy that they try consistant meditation. I haven't been meditating lately because of depression related issues (long story) but when I used to meditate twice a day I was completely free from any symptoms of epilepsy for years. I have Gran Mal seizures and when I do have them, they're big, long, and painful. I often have headaches and feel like I've been beaten. Sometimes the pain lasts for 2 or 3 days at the worst. I get Migraine headaches all the time. I take 2 different drugs for my Epilepsy, Lamictal and Keppra, neither of them work well for me. I was taking Dilantin, it worked for me, I didn't have seizures or headaches or bad side-effects. I was switched by another Dr to them from Dilantin and now, my current Dr won't let me switch back to it. My Dr's just keep throwing drugs at me rather than let me try one I liked again. I hate having Epilepsy and the sooner it ends my life, the better. :S
  3. QUOTE (GhostGirl @ Jun 3 2010, 12:16 AM) Dear Autism: f**k YOU. You have ruined my little boy's life, made everyone else in the family miserable, and made me dread summer with a white hot passion. Damn you to hell. ~Michelle, who is exhausted and in despair Oh dear :S What kind of behaviour does your son have?

  5. Holy cow, the recording sounds wonderful, the levels sound wonderful!! They are rockin' hard. I'm listening for the first time right now to Caravan. BU2B next. Very curious as to what the non-single version will be like.
  6. Geddy's bass guitar in just about everything? But some melodies are absolutely amazing. Let's see... When Geddy sings "Filters on our eyes" with the overdub, from Prime Mover. Or when he goes "I can wait until the time comes around" on the second verse of Time Stand Still. It sounds great there. That's what I think of now.
