I'll echo the sentiments about how great the show was! Super! I splurged for the VIP Nation tickets and was pleasantly surprised to find that we scored THIRD ROW smack dab in front of Alex. I even caught a shirt from him! I got a shirt that has a photoshopped pic of Al on one side and "My car goes fast" on the other. Anyone have an idea what that refers to? I searched the forums but didn't see anything. Wow! Cinci was fabulous.

I have been looking for something about this but haven't seen anything. In Atlanta Geddy said The Garden was a favorite of theirs, "especially tonight." Any idea what he was referring to? Just curious. Amazing show. Absolutely incredible. I am so glad I stayed away from spoilers.

WILLING TO PAY 3K FOR A MEET AND GREET OPPORTUNITY

Can't imagine dropping 3 grand for a M&G, but if you want it that bad good luck! -
I'm in Knoxville, TN. I'll be hitting Nashville, Greenville and Greensboro. All in all, it will be a very green tour for me.

Bi-Lo Center, Greenville, SC!!!!!
Sign Of Eth replied to Turn The Page's topic in On The Lighted Stage
Well, as long as you're willing to answer questions -- here's one! I got Floor 3 seats this morning, seats 1 and 2. I'm wondering where the seats begin counting. Essentially, am I to the extreme left of the stage or on the aisle across from the Floor 2 section? I looked quite a bit for a seating chart that showed actual seat numbering, but I didn't see one. Thanks! -
Ha! My friend and I are taking our families to see Rush in Nashville. There are 8 of us total. Every time I've looked at Ticketmaster, there were nothing but junk tickets. Today, moments before I pull the trigger on jacked-up Stubhub tickets, I check TM again just for kicks. I found 8 seats together on the arena side 7 rows up on Al's side! Who'da thought that Ticketmaster would actually come through with something good!!?? Today, life is good.

Kudos for undertaking such a project! I'm sure you'll catch a lot of grief over your selections, but just tell those folks to make their own lists. I'm a sucker for lists.

Sigh. I was suposed to see this show with the wife on the night of our 17th anniversary, but our babysitting plans blew up in our face. I guess we'll just have to save the cash we would have spent and put it toward front row seats in 2011!

"Where the hell is the 'any' key?"

Ha! I love this one from opening night! Looks like Ged is getting thumbed out of the picture. link

What's the Web site where they post them? In the past it was rush.com/snakebytes or something like that.

I carefully monitor my beer intake rate and use strategic visits to the restroom during pre-show and intermission to ensure that I don't miss a minute! I can pee any ol' time, but Rush shows don't happen that often. Loved the KC show.

Premium VIP ticket prices revealed
Sign Of Eth replied to theoriginalfuzz's topic in On The Lighted Stage
I'd spend it for something in the first 3 rows. -
Wow. These guys need to unzip, measure, and be done with it.

I feel fortunate to have grown up on Rush (I'm 38), but I can't say that "then" was absolutely, positively better than "now." It's just different points along their career. I would rank S&A and VT among my top 6 or 7 Rush albums, but that's me.

I don't agree that he treats us fans like "garbage."

I bought the bound books for Christmas. Can't wait to see it. Of course, after the next tour(s), they'll have to release another one!

The Missing Verse on the MFSL Gold SIGNALS CD!!!!!
Sign Of Eth replied to RUSHHEAD666's topic in Rush
I have that 24k disc too and noticed the missing lyric. It's weird. Hard to understand how there would be two different studio versions of the song floating around. -
I met him before one of the Radio City R30 shows. Even had a beer with him. He seemed like a bit of a tool.
