I have never heard this fact but listening just now to both the songs mentioned above, I have to agree that Chain Lightning sounds like a reversed solo. Very cool. The Necromancer sounds like both the forward and reverse played together with the reverse being faded in an out of the mix.

I used to be one of those men who thought "just get over it" until I experienced what you are going through first hand with my brother to some extent but mostly with my wife. After years of a slow downward spiral she finally hit the point when she sought help from a professional. Just speaking to someone about her thoughts and feelings, she learned that she was not alone. She was given medication and after a few weeks there was a very noticeable change in her - even down to the tone of her voice. It's been a few months now and there have been many positive changes in her. I hope that you see the doctor soon. Don't hold back anything when you go. Tell him or her everything you are feeling. Freewill is one of the highest songs for him. When he hits it, you can see and hear that he is please with himself. Personally, I would rather hear the crappy vocal than a touched up vocal. I want a representation of that night - even if it was bad.

Saw some quick FB activity today. He's out of ICU and could be out by as early as tomorrow. Surgeon says he's doing great. Going to see him at lunch. I'll tell him to stop in and post.

Danny is finally awake and WANTS HIS LAPTOP! so I would expect some posts from him shortly.

Thanks to all of you for the positive vibes and prayers....they worked! Danny's surgery went very well and the surgeons were pleased with the outcome. We were there when he was moved into ICU but Danny was still out of it so we let him rest. I stopped by and watched him for about 30 minutes tonight after work but again, he was sleeping. I spoke with the nurse on duty and they expect him to be out for a few days. He should be moved out of ICU and into a room in the next few days. Again, thanks to all of you for the support.
