  1. My framed art just arrived. I paid $89.95 + .87 cents International Transaction Fee. The Canadian Post shipped Express Mail and arrived in perfect condition.
  2. Some of the reading is as boring as watching paint dry, unless you are in the business from a production standpoint. Some of the interview at the end has a few interesting facts. http://mobileproduct...nthly_v6_i3.pdf
  3. The concert is 6 weeks away, but I still get excited to see my notice my tickets are shipping. In 2004 the tickets shipped so close to the concert date it caused more problems on my honeymoon than the trouble caused by wanting to see Rush on our honeymoon.
  4. I have several prints from his work that I cherish. I have a few that Neil autographed and those are my favorite. I asked Andrew to sign one that I bought with no autograph, and he did that for me. His work will be missed by some fans. The prices went up as follows. 01. GEDDY LEE (Portrait with Red Bass) was $275.00 now $325.00 02. GEDDY LEE (A Passage to Bangkok) was $475.00 now $500.00 03. NEIL PEART (Snakes & Arrows Recording Session) was $325.00 now $500.00 04. RUSH (Snakes & Arrows Recording Session) was $95.00 now $150.00 05. GEDDY LEE (Malignant Narcissism) was $325.00 now $450.00 06. RUSH (Red Rocks 2007) was $75.00 now $150.00 09. NEIL PEART (under bridge) was $275.00 now $350.00 10. NEIL PEART (Vapor Trails) was $375.00 now $500.00 11. RUSH (Rush In Rio) was $45.00 now $100.00 15. NEIL PEART IV (with drum kit) was $75.00 now $150.00 16. GEDDY LEE (with bass guitars) was $55.00 now $150.00 17. RUSH (Grace Under Pressure 1984 Concert SET) was $75.00 now $150.00
  5. April 13th. 1979 Hemispheres $7.50 which was 5th. row center, so there may have been cheaper seats?
  6. This has been entertaining screwing up a post. I used the search until I got tired of reading trying to find a post about the Cover Art on CA cover. Of course I would not have been able to figure this out on my own, but found it on a post on Youtube comment section, the clock hands at 9:12 in military time is 21:12 since I punch a clock that is military time I should have figured that out on my own, but I guess I'm getting old. I sure as hell was not going to start a thread about that or me getting old, haha
  7. April 13th. 1979. 5th. row center and the stub has $7.75 face value. I can't remember who opened for Rush that night. The one thing I can remember was that I liked their music before I went to the show, and after seeing them live, the deal has been sealed ever since. My stub is posted at Eric's Power Windows site, if I could figure out this scanner I would put it here, it is my favorite stub of my 30 or so. Only had 1st row 2 times out of all the shows.
  8. QUOTE (Lerxster @ Nov 9 2011, 01:17 PM)Did you take a nap between Caravan and CTTH, because it's there. What a hoot!! I wish I could have napped. My unsociable work schedule 11:30 pm until 9:30 am always makes me want to nap. I just looked at the track numbers and there is a track missing on that disc. Track 5 is missing from the 2nd. disc. I will give the disc a spin in my car tonight on my way to work and maybe it will play?
  9. Bought the CD yesterday, and put it on my I-Pod. I listened to the entire show while working last night, and no drum solo?
  10. I sell tickets on 2 sites. www.stubhub.com & www.razorgator.com. Both of these brokers guarantee the seats. If I furnish a ticket that is not valid, they use my credit card on the open market to replace the ticket for the client. The pricing is a little different now than it used to be. The sites do not add a surcharge or connection fee the seller just includes it in his price per ticket. You may can save if you find a seller that will sell e tickets which I have never done. I am old fashioned and like hard ticket stock for the tickets I sell. When you but a hard ticket you have to pay the fed ex bill etc. so an e ticket could save you money. FYI I have never sold a Rush Ticket to anyone ever.
  11. It cost 39 cents in the U.S. but looking for an increase to 42 cents in May 2007. That is undecided as of now.
  12. Has anyone ever seen a real postage stamp with Rush on it? The United States requires the person to be deceased to be on a stamp. Currently, former U.S. presidents are honored with a stamp the year after they die, but others have to wait 10 years to be eligible. There is some pending changes to that policy that will reduce the wait to 5 years if it is passed. I have from other countries, stamps with Led Zeppelin, Elton John, and a few others. I have searched everywhere to see if I could find any with Rush, but have not found any real ones. Some e-bayers have things listed as stamps, not Postage Stamps, and they are merely an image scanned onto a sticker or similar.
