Never watched a movie without checking out his review - He was one of the best - He didn't pander to any specific actor or director if he didn't like it he said so - :|

Great Movie. Bit of trivia from that movie: the girl Harrison Ford (Henry) was having an affair with in that movie, at the Ritz, is the wife of the greatest actor alive, Daniel Day Lewis -
-
Yeah that really pissed me off - I remember bragging he wasn't the typical Hollywood flake that don't believe in family loyalty and then he goes out and does that-
-
Yes i love that movie - sad ending - He Should have won the award for "Witness" though -

That flick was truly balls but how was he raped? I can't post the link because it was pretty bad but if you you-tube search it, you'll see that it was a South Park episode - :D
-
Zero Dark Thirty - Most predictable ending ever - It was really good - Haven't seen Argo so can't compare it - Bigelow has a way of making everything seem so real -
-
You left out one important fact on his biography - He was raped by Steven Spielberg and George Lucas when making the Crystal Skull movie -

2013 Academy Awards—Who will Win? Here's the nominees...
alphseeker replied to Tombstone Mountain's topic in Video Vertigo
Sadly his win tonight will mean at least a 4-5 year hiatus - But that's why he's the best - Asked how it felt to be referred to as "the world's greatest actor," he laughed and looked more than a little embarrassed, telling The Daily Telegraph: "It's daft isn't it?" Shaking his head, he added: "many actors go through the same thing. That title changes all the time." -

I have no problem giving ARGO best picture / director but DDLewis better win the Actor award - I don't care if it's his third Oscar, his portrayal of Lincoln put him in a league that no other in the modern day have achieved. -
I just sat through 2 1/2 "Les Miserable" hours just to show my wife how much i love her - Dear lord i wanted to slit my throat - 2 1/2 hours of torturous non-stop singing. The only bright spot was Sasha Cohen - How can i love sound of music yet hate this movie so much?

Looper - It has an amazing 5 year old actor -
-
Saw it first time in HFR 3d and second viewing was regular 2d - 2d 24 frame rate was the best it had the same feel and look as the LOTR trilogy - 48 frames is to much like a video game, it's quite distracting.

at the hobbit showing today IMAX showed an exclusive 10 minutes scene from the new Star Trek into Darkness - it was awesome, all i will say about it is From what i saw it is not Khan -
-
from rivendell on the movie is great - before that i just couldn't get into it - HIGHLIGHT the 10 minute exclusive imax clip from the new star trek movie

Lincoln - Daniel Day Lewis is by far the greatest actor of our time -
-
Having been a loyal Muse fan since the 2004 Curiosa Festival "2nd Law" is the biggest disappointment so far - There are two perhaps only three tracks that i care for - Animals is by far the best of the album, Madness has a blah beginning but a brilliant buildup and ending, perhaps liquid state, but other than that the album seems "uninspiring" -
