  1. I'm not an expert on this but I think that's a common thing on film strips for the film to be not be stable all the time. I have heard that sometimes it can happen due to the frame rate being tied to it in someway.
  2. I have to respectfully disagree. The Camera Eye is one of the best in my opinion. I do think Tom Sawyer is extremely overrated and overplayed. I would have much rather Jacob’s Ladder or Natural Science become a set list regular instead of that. The same with Vital Signs. That song didn’t get its due until decades later
  3. We can scratch off I Think I’m Going Bald off that list since we know have a recording of the song proving it was played live.
  4. This seems to be a "official" upload of the Stolen Signals Bootleg. I worked with this recording on a video project recently and I am very familiar with how it sounds. I believe it was recorded by tapping into Alex's Inner Ear Monitor. That's why its possible to hear him singing clearly.
  5. This is a pretty amazing find. A rumored recording that was originally though to be lost forever suddenly appears out of nowhere, almost like its been resurrected. It's a great time to be a Rush fan right now more than ever.
  6. I spoke to him via email very briefly a while back. He seemed like a really nice guy. I think he doesn't surf or post on the forums anymore but its cool to see the site back up again for us nerds to explore.
  7. Not sure when the domain was relaunched, but the site is back up with al the original content. You can check it out here: https://rush-oddities.com/
  8. Saw Roger Waters in concert yesterday. Great show. Had a really good time. My only real complaint and I'm sure I am in the minority of his fans on this, was the very political nature of some of the material. While I am not a big fan of Roger's Politics, I respect his right to speak his mind and he uses his music (and the music of Floyd) to do so.
  9. Told my older brother about Muse touring the US and he was excited since he’s a fan of them. Found out on Reddit of all places lol. I wasn’t able to stay the full show but I saw Shinedown last Sunday. They sounded great. Don’t know much of their music but had a good time.
  10. Got to see Def Leppard on the Stadium tour like I hoped. What a great show! Also got to see Joan Jett and Poison which was pretty awesome too. I skipped Motley Crue which is fine by me since I didn’t really want to see them anyways. Today I went and saw Iron Maiden for the first time in downtown Austin. What a fantastic show! Hoping to see Roger Waters in October, I was hoping to see the Strokes as well but unfortunately they are not playing locally and the drive is just too far in Texas to justify for one show. And next summer is They Might Be Giants.
  11. I'm not sure how accurate it is, but on Wikipedia there's a list of known but unreleased songs that were played by the band. It's possible some of the songs are stuff that John wrote.
  12. Iron Maiden - World Slavery Tour (1984-1985) Live - Throwing Copper Tour (1994)
