None of the members of the band have twitter or Facebook accounts. This is a FAKE.

but then there are videos like Driven, which are actually visual masterpieces. They are pretty hit or miss on videos. I wish they put more effort into them consistently. i LOVE rush videos.

For every 100 awesome and kind fans out there, there is 1 over zealous insane one, who would probably totally freak him out and would be cause for concern. How would he be able to tell the difference? I read somewhere i forget, something that summed it up pretty well. To a FAN of this person- any sort of acknowledgement, (head nod, hand shake, wave, etc) will be mistaken for some kind of invitation for further engagement. He chooses to interact with us in a very personal way. Through is blog writing and books. We have in sites to him that many fans of other bands do not. And for this we should be grateful. He is also telling us VERY CLEARLY how he hopes we would react if we ever came upon him in public. There should be no more surprise at this point. He has every right to protect his space. Both emotional and physical. More power to him.

It's a little unclear what you are asking people to do. Is this fundraising? I suspect a property like that in land value alone would be in the multi-million dollar range. Just a guess. Don't get me wrong. It's a cool idea.

the band. the bands management. their touring promoter. they also have to work around sports schedules and other touring bands. especially with indoor venues. It's very tricky to plan!

tour starts in SEPTEMBER. That DJ's is really misinformed.

FWIW... I would rather see RushGirl up front rocking her butt off because she is a true hard core fan. VS the 15 or so "contest winners" or "my dad is the lawyer for the venue" types who get front row and have no idea who the band is, and are just texting and getting beer during the whole show, not knowing a single song. I'm sure the band enjoys seeing super huge fans enjoying them selves up front as well. My $.02.
