  1. I'm going with No Sleep 'til Hammersmith, but it's close.
  2. Honestly I can't choose. Both fantastic albums. Hunky Dory is my favorite Bowie album.
  3. 70's Rush - Hemispheres 80's Rush - Permanent Waves 90's Rush - Counterparts 21st century - Clockwork Angels Overall, my favorite is PeW.
  4. 2112 Xanadu La Villa Natural Science Freewill and maybe Subdivisions
  5. Which iconic metal tune from 1980 will get your vote?
  6. I know I'm in the big minority here, but I'd take Red Sector A over Red Barchetta. Red Lenses and Red Tide are not in the same class IMO.
  7. Can't believe that Entre_Perpetuo missed this poll.
  8. David Bowie - Hunky Dory Bruce Springsteen - Darkness on the Edge of Town Neil Young - Harvest Kate Bush - Hounds of Love Prince - Sign O' the Times Stevie Wonder - Songs in the Key of Life Brian Eno - Another Green World George Harrison - All Things Must Pass Billy Joel - The Stranger Tom Waits - Rain Dogs
  9. One album per band/solo artist. My list would look like this: Permanent Waves by Rush Powerslave by Iron Maiden Heaven and Hell by Black Sabbath Appetite for Destruction by GnR Love Over Gold by Dire Straits Texas Flood by Stevie Ray Vaughan Doolittle by Pixies Ace of Spades by Motorhead Operation Mindcrime by Queensryche Fresh Fruit for Rotting Vegetables by Dead Kennedys Your picks?
  10. What do you prefer between these two classics from 1975?
  11. EL easily LZ III is very good, but the weakest out of the first six Zep albums.
  12. Afterimage, no brainer. Emotion Detector is the weakest link on PoW.
  13. They are a big name when it comes to underground or non-mainstream rock music. Same with bands as Velvet Underground, The Stooges, Joy Division or Pixies.
  14. Are My Bloody Valentine any better than Sonic Youth?
  15. Bohemian Rhapsody is a great timeless classic, but Xanadu wins easily in my book.
  16. Top 5 Blackmore, SRV, Gilmour and Hendrix are probably ahead.
