  1. Well....At tonight's show at the MGM, Mr. Ungerleider was kind with his time and signed my PeW booklet which the band signed in Atlanta. Nice guy too, he made time for fans while he was getting ready to start with the show. http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y198/anthem74/Mobile%20Uploads/20150726_010759.jpg
  2. Finally back home and what can I say? 1. Periscope was a mess for me on my Android. I watched some replay stuff and I must say, perhaps more development could be done for Android? My replay was a pixelated mess, I couldn't zoom in and well, it was hard to really see anything clearly. Had I known there was free wifi at MGM Grand, I could have taken my old iPhone which shoots better video than Android on Periscope. The funny thing is that my phone took great pics off of Periscope, those will be on my Twitter page later. Sorry to the folks who tuned into my Periscope mess....On a positive note, I got to say hello to Mr. Ungerleider, take a quick pic and he signed my PeW booklet that the band signed early on in the tour. He was very kind with his time. I also met some really great people at the show that came in from different parts of the world. The show was a great one!
  3. I'll be on tonight, Geddy's section in the floor seats. Set 2 at least so long as internet service doesn't tank on me.
  4. I hope all are still receiving signed items!
  5. There's a big difference between pro wrestling fans and Rush fans and how they react to things. The fans chanted that for Edge because he was announcing his retirement. Rush hasn't announced any retirement, so there's no need to do a chant like that. This isn't the end for Rush like it was for Edge. Rush will still be around and active, they will just be scaling the touring back very heavily. But the continued touring is not guaranteed even if they said they're scaling back. I also did say this may be the last time we see the band and for some, that may very well be, especially if they in fact continue to tour but cut touring in certain markets altogether. If they keep touring and don't retire yet then that's great, we can cheer thank you to Rush just because we can and what's wrong with that?
  6. We can do it! I will also be scoping from Geddy's side in section A.
  7. Or thank you Alex/Ged/Neil (in respective solo spots), clap-clap, clap-clap-clap. You got the idea, Disembodied. Here's an example of that cheer, skip to 4:50 during Edge's speech. https://youtu.be/W0cL6W1Dan8
  8. So I have watched the Periscope feeds of the shows and the crowds have been good, making noise for the band but taking into consideration the fact that we may not see the band again, I noticed there has not been any sort of send off chant to the band. For example, in the world of pro wrestling, fans may chant their thanks or a farewell to retiring stars and I thought for the Vegas show that this would be cool to do as a send off to Rush. Something like "THANK YOU RU-USH!" followed by a double clap then triple clap (clap-clap, clap-clap-clap). I was thinking either as soon as Ged greets us or before they go to intermission since they bolt after the show. It would be a great surprise for the band I'm sure. Anyone going to the Vegas show down to try this? Let's light up the MGM Grand with a great send off! Let your friends know! Make some noise!
  9. I will be scoping set 2 as well. I am excited for the show as Vegas is my home. I have backup power too. Unless security tells me to shut it down, I'm good for more than 1 song, lol
  10. A nice rendition of Panacea. This duo also does other covers too.
  11. RocknRandy is on. www.twitter.com/randyneumayer for link to his feed
  12. At one point it looked like HAL-9000 from 2001 A Space Odyssey.
  13. RocknRandy has been on and off, tired of holding the phone up.
  14. I just got the new Permanent Waves lp reissue in the mail moments ago and gave it a spin. Looks great and sounds good to me for the most part except after the jam part in Spirit, I thought there was an audio drop but upon second play, it is not present. Weird. I like my copies.
  15. Yeah it's pretty bad, at this point, no feed at all may be better than this, hahahahaha.....
