  1. It may sound crazy...But I thought "Chromey 2.0" was much more resonant, and had a deeper punch. But, in all honesty it may have been the anticipation of the older stuff as well. I have a discerning ear, but I think that they may have built two kits out of that 1200 year old log. Props to Neil for changing his style for the second set.
  2. I was talking to my son when we were heading to St. Paul...He said, "beyond the shows, wouldn't it be a total life-experience to hear them jam out and work ideas?" He's 19...there's hope for the future.
  3. Hey guys- just got back from seeing the epic "C" list in St. Paul...one of the highlights of the evening was Alex taking a vocal stab at "Temples". Tried to get a picture of him standing at Geddy's mic was it was over before I could get my phone out.

  5. Hey Guys and Gals- I'm leaving for Minneapolis in about 9 hours. I was hoping the 1-0-1-0-0 guy would start a thread about people just too geeked out to function because of tomorrow's show. Also, for the real Rush heads to accurately call the St. Paul list. I was thinking about posting the VIP credit list, and then the actual list...so we had all the info in one place?
  6. I wanted to know the setlist so I could get reacquainted with all the nuances of tunes I haven't listened to in years.
  7. Disclaimer....I did not join Rush forum to sell tickets. I have four that just came available. Section 210, Row 5...I paid 105.00, will take 75.00. Floor seats opened up for pretty cheap, so I upgraded. I would rather have someone from the forum use them.
  8. Hey guys...I just got approved to write my little observations. Thanks for having me. I was in on the whole thing last night. I was hoping to just get the setlist to make a playlist for some friends of mine I'm forcing to go with me to St. Paul. Three more days!!! I had no idea I'd be able to watch the whole thing...All I can say is thanks for having a place to go, if that makes sense. Other than wanting to strangle the guy who was Wendy Whiner, and the guy who dissed Alex playing his Tele at the end. (Most of Zeppelin II was recorded on a Tele)...That was the most fun I've had in awhile.
