  1. For a long time now, it's been along the lines of "Hope to see you again sometime down the road"
  2. BTW has been done recently as well. How about Kid Gloves, Afterimage, or Enemy Within.

  4. You traveled from The Netherlands to see Rush in New Orleans? Yes I did :) Went to see them in Dallas and Houston as well. I've been saving for these shows ever since my last CA show in 2013. When I've read that this could be it back in January I just had to see them. I'm fortunate to have friends that live in Texas who were willing to come and see Rush with me on two of the three shows that I've attended this week so that was fun and saved me a lot of money on transport and staying in hotels and stuff. That's dedication, and you have my admiration! Thank you  Good for you. I've always wanted to see them in Europe but won't be happening now. I'm lucky where I live, 2hrs from Detroit, Toronto, and Buffalo. Can't imagine having to travel that far to see them. Us North Americans have been lucky over the years.
  5. You'd think someone in the Rush camp would research this stuff when it comes to songs played or not played.
  6. If it gets too bad they may even have to cancel some of the shows. I hope it doesn't come to this. If your show is toward the end, its gonna be a possible nail biter.
  7. It reversed a long trend of declining sales and interest in the band. And then CP happened, shitting the advances away. At the time CP was their highest charting record though. What were final sales figures? It was the highest charting because everyone went out and bought it after RTB, and it only went gold because after people heard it and the singles, they didn't buy the album. I loved it. I do think the the decision to make Nobody's Hero a single was probably not a good one. Wasn't that the second single? I believe it was
  8. Anyone else from Canada a regular for these feeds?
  9. No. This video was from 84, Ged's son was born in 81 or 82. He would've been to young to be the boy in the video.
  10. Instead of saying "Good Evening Dallas!" Geddy said "Houston." Bad Ged
  11. Driven rocks, and I always liked the title track.
  12. Neil has decided to do meet and greets. He's finally decided he likes us.
  13. Don't sweat it about not being a fan earlier. I became a fan in 1983 and have regretted not being a fan earlier. It's always better late than never. I always feel sorry for the people who never got into them. They have no idea what they've missed. I always find that sad. We all have a leg up on every single person who never liked their music. They might "discover" them some day, by then it will be too late, but it wasn't for us, whether we've been a 30 year, 10 year, or a brand new fan.
  14. I think we're still getting it, Ged hasn't addressed the crowd yet.
  15. oh no, figured with yyz no vocals. NS vs JL more vocals balances it out.
  16. Imagine if Ged would have kept smoking. His voice would've been shot years ago. Good on him to quit over 30 years ago.
