  1. Hey, Donna Halper (or someone with that screen name) just posted over at http://www.q107.com/Blogs/TheQ107RockRepor...ntryID=10000007 I wonder if she hangs out here? QUOTE When I discovered Rush in Cleveland in 1974, John was the drummer and he looked really frail even back then. There were rumours he was on drugs but NO! He was not. He was struggling with diabetes, and would all his life. I hope he rests in peace-- a very good guy with a disease that today is treatable, but back then, not so much. Posted by Donna L. 3. I have the DVD, great film.. Watched it many times.. Great cast. My type of film..!
  4. *Spoiler Warning* Correct me if I am wrong, but didn't Bill die in part 2? So the next one will have to be called "Kill <insert some other dude's name here>" Like "Kill Fred" or "Kill Felipe" or "Kill the guy that stole my wallet!"
  5. First 3 seasons are fantastic, and funniest of all is the Movie "Stewie Griffin, the Untold Story".. I haven't seen any of the 4th season yet. Love Brian Griffin as well.. (I'm Brian also...)

  7. QUOTE (anagramking @ Jul 7 2007, 10:09 PM) Beavis and Butthead Do America Greatest movie of all time...
  8. QUOTE (Riv @ Jul 7 2007, 08:50 PM) QUOTE (Jack Aubrey @ Jul 7 2007, 07:45 AM) QUOTE (rushgoober @ Jul 7 2007, 09:06 AM) Shoot, I don't know about the NWW, but I'M excited about this! Sex and the City is one of my all-time favorite shows. Ok, show of hands. Who's surprised?
  9. Any one catch this tonight? I missed the past two weeks.... I'll catch up soon... GREAT SHOW!!!!
  10. I've only seen the first episode of the new season so far, I need to catch up!! I just love this show. The plot is so foreign to modern day life, and that is what makes it so interesting to me, to see how they all interact with each other.. The 3 wives at each others throats, then at the end of the day it's: ah, we all love each other... Crazy show, but I love it. What makes the show even move interesting is that it's a fictional show based on true things. Rare as it is today, it is still going on in Southern Utah. Remember about a year ago that story of the guy who was arrested for running a polygamist camp in Utah? I don't have the story in front of me, but it is proof that this life style is still secretly going on.
  11. That's a great movie.. I say "negative waves" all the time because of that movie.
  12. QUOTE (Jack Aubrey @ Jun 11 2007, 06:23 AM) Buddy Hackett! If you saw his HBO special back in 1983, then you know what I'm talking about. It's on Youtube, broken up into 4 parts. Here are the links: Part 1. Part 2. Part 3. Part 4. Adult language warning! This is probably the funniest stand up routine in history, IMO.. I used to have it on VHS years ago, but it disappeared.. I hope it gets resurrected on DVD some day.. Dentist: That tooth has to come out. Lady: I think I'd rather have a baby. Dentist: Make up your mind, I have to adjust the chair. "You F*** like a Jap" OMG, they are endless..... Most recently, one of my favorite comedians off'd himself a few months back: Rickard Jeni. I saw him live less than a year ago. Always like him.
  13. You make plans to see them 7 times in less than 2 weeks, even though it goes beyond your budget, rational thought, and all sanity that you thought may have been left...
  14. This is in my top 3 fav Rush tunes... I love the CP version. And I'd love to see them play it on this tour.
  15. QUOTE (daveyt @ May 4 2007, 05:07 PM) imma bout to go this @ the anaheim hosptal location!!!!!!!! N E 1 think of something when they hear ANAHEIM? Ducks?

  18. Maybe quoted already... (I'm too f'g lazy to read the whole thread..) "Hi, I'm Bob and this is my place.." "Well, it's a beautiful place BOB!!"
  19. Love 'em... seen them 3 times. Lost touch after the "Ear Candy" album.. What are they up to now?
  20. One of my favorites of all time. I have the Director's Cut sitting right here in front of me.. About time to watch it ... again. My favorite line: Doc: If you weren't my friend, I don't think I could ... bear it. (you HAVE to hear Val Kilmer deliver that line.. classic.) Agreed. Val Kilmer should have won an Oscar for that performance. One of the best acting jobs of all time.
  21. The first one was very good. I'll definately watch the second one.
  22. "I rule" - Lester Burnham (American Beauty)
  23. Holy Crap, I just saw him in Reno last summer.. One of my favorites..
