I wish Geddy will give it all he's got this tour instead of that yodel crap. His voice sounds different on every tour, so I wonder how he'll approach this tour vocally.

I've been wondering what props they'll be using on the stage. Maybe a lot of references to previous tours/albums? What do you guys think?

Update from RushIsABand:
"According to one fan who was at Fretted Americana on Monday and chatted briefly with Alex, the band apparently has prepped about 35 songs for the tour, although they won't be playing them all each night. They'll instead be alternating out as many as 6 or 7 per night for a solid 3-hour set. They did something similar on the last tour, although with only 3 or 4 songs. So it sounds like they have the setlist nailed down for the most part."
This sounds awesome!

Excuse me, but Presto is an '80s album.
True, but I consider it the beginning of the return to a more guitar based sound in the 90's.

Anyone wanting a little more '90s material to be played on this tour? Here are some I'd love to hear:
Double Agent
Cold Fire
Available Light
Chain Lightning
Limbo
Red Tide
Cut to the Chase
Everyday Glory
Resist (Acoustic)

Alex said in an interview before the tour was announced that they want to do stuff that they've never played before.

What's your favorite tour after the hiatus?

I'll be at the KC show too but I'm also going to Lincoln for the second show :)4 months tomorrow before the Kansas City show
MUST. NOT. LOOK. AT. SETLIST.

You made my day :)During the drum solo, Neil's drum kit will elevate and spin upside down. Then Neil will start shooting sparks out of his ass.

Do you think they would consider playing Different Strings? I would love to hear the uncut version of the ending with Alex's guitar solo.
-
I would be the happiest person alive if they recorded at KC because I'll be there in a section close to the stage.
-
Will they make one and if so, where do you think it'll be recorded?
-
I'm not because Lincoln is the second show so I won't have to wait super long for it to be revealed to me in concert :ebert:

There's too many good songs to make a top 15 for me

I think Toronto would be good for their 41st anniversary because that's where the band started, the crowd is always good, and it's always sold out!
-
I think it would be great if they played a couple songs from counterparts, but not the whole album. I hope they play songs from almost all their albums.

The thing I noticed though was that during the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction he sounded much better than recent performances on the tour. Plus he CAN still sing, it's just that they shouldn't have picked one of the last shows to film a concert. He sounds great in the first several shows on the CWA tour and on the album itself. Hopefully after nearly 2 years of rest he should sound better.
