  1. Watched this on Netflix yesterday - won’t spoil it too much, but Peter Dinklage thinks he’s the last person left alive after some mysterious event has wiped out the human race. Anyway, Rush’s first album features heavily as he’s going about his everyday survival. Thought it was a nice little nod to his brother’s involvement in the band, and I think he’s a fan as well as he featured in the Roll the Bones tour video. Was a nice surprise hearing Rush used heavily in a film for a change. That is all - happy Sunday, everyone!
  2. This must not be too recent of a pic as he does not even have is W C Fields "Red Whiskey" nose? :D :Neil: http://images.starpulse.com/pictures/2013/02/21/previews/Neil%20Peart-AES-091138.jpg Yep that's the one "It ain't a fit night out for Man or Beast" :LMAO: I'm surprised he stopped long enough for his picture to be taken. He does know when the camera is pointed at him it steals his soul, right??? "So, Carrie. What first attracted you to the multi-millionaire rock drummer Neil Peart?"
  3. Love Neil goofing around at the end of Closer to the Heart!
  4. Certainly sounds like him - he had that deep voice even at that age
  5. You guys are superb! Definitely one of the best trIbute bands I've seen. Come to the UK!!
  6. Evening, everyone. Just spotted this link - the Foo Fighters covered Tom Sawyer at their gig in Rio at the weekend. Even Dave struggled - he needs to practise the Geddy yodel! http://www.jambase.com/Articles/123864/Cover-Alert-Foo-Fighters-Perform-Tom-Sawyer-By-Rush Sorry - not sure how to embed a link on the iPad :(
  7. It's a darn sight better than the original - well done!
  8. The first time my husband heard Caravan, he thought Geddy was singing "I can't stop drinking beer" - I always have to sing this now
