    I have a left brain ...
  1. May do that. Thanks for the suggestion. Yeah, I even put "Thanks Liam!" on the ends of that LA Forum Priority Mail box I sent. I tried everything I could think of..... :-) Not sure why they did not sign anything. I tried to make it easy and simple with the packaging? No Tape no fuss. I mentioned in a previous post the ready post mailers from the post office were perfect for LPs and the return could easily fold.I struck out on the back side of the tour as well. I tried my best to get snakes and arrows autographed. I sent it through an autograph agent. I sent it to vegas returned unsigned. I sent it to the forum and it was RTS. The album I sent to Phoenix was returned unsigned. I did get power windows back from Irvine. Im really surprised they did not sign anything. I have 11 albums signed over past two tours
  2. I just received power windows LP back from a Irvine today ..... Permanent waves came back from Phoenix in my return mailer unsigned .... I used the ready post mailers ... Easy for them to open and close.... I'm waiting for Snakes and Arrows LP ... Sent it to Vegas returned same way unsigned ... So I sent it to the Forum ... That is the last one I need autographed for my collection ... I hope the cover comes back will be a couple hundred to replace.
  3. How bizarre. My friend went to the post office when he sent it out to Seattle and I think he may not have been told about this 13 oz thing. He's put the Key Arena as the sender on the return package. Lucky for us he did get track & trace for the return envelope as well so he was able to determine where it ended up so all will be well after all in the end :D Well this is where it apparently went wrong with my package on it's way back to TX! From the track & track info that was given to my friend at the post office he had discovered that my return envelope had been returned to the Key Arena instead of his TX address. He has contacted them and he was most fortunate to have been put in touch with a super nice staff member who not only located the envelope but was also super kind to drop it off at the post office and even bought track and trace for it as well! So, now it's only anoher 24 hours and then me and my friend will be able to open the package together via FaceTime :) Soooooo excited!!! And within a month's time I'll be able to hold it in my hands when I meet up with him in person! I spoke with this lady via email looking for my package. I guess the items that were over 13 ounces were returned . She wrote down the names of every one being sent back out. So you were iin the same boat as me. How may others were there in total? Did she give you a number? I really am super happy she was willing to return all our itmes :) She did not give a number. She mentioned she had several. I had myself as the sender and return . I'm sure my package is sitting in a post office somewhere ... I emailed her last night asking which post office I should start checking at . Tried going through post office general service really difficult if the tracking number is not showing up in the system

  5. Possibly, but I do have one more thought to consider on this. Both times I got my items signed, I did include a note thanking them and telling them of why I appreciate them so much. I wonder if sometimes they are more inclined to skip over people who don't do this? It's just a theory; if you are one of the people who got your item back unsigned and also included a note of thanks, I'd be interested in knowing that. Again, just a theory. I have had 9 album covers signed. I always include a note. I make it personal and light . I mention baseball , I talk about why I liked the album cover etc. It has worked well for me. I have struck out with snakes and arrows this tour however. I sent it via an autograph agent with my feedback Lp to be autographed and he could only get Feedback signed. I sent it to Las vegas and it came back today in the return envelope unsigned. I will be posting a pic of my collection soon. I have every album cover autographed. 9 of them personalized from the past three tours. That album unsigned is going to be a bee in my bonnet
  6. Im glad you got your back. I called the arena today looking for my item. She said so many packages came through they sent most back to sender unsigned. I still haven't received my original package or the return mailer. I live in Florida Wow, I am guessing the early bird got the worm on this one, as I got mine back signed by all three and I know a few others here sent it to arrive a couple of days early and theirs were signed as well. But it's such an iffy process that unless you are on the receiving end, you really have no way of knowing the rhyme or reason behind it all. I checked tracking mine was received 07/16 in the am... I've had a lot of luck getting items there 2 days prior ....

  8. I received items from Salt Lake and Buffalo and there was no tracking ever updated…. At least my items are not being destroyed..
  9. Does Phoenix accept. I found a old list of venues that supposedly did not accept. San Jose and US Airways were two of them. I sent something off to San Jose. I figured what the heck it can't hurt Emailed Phoenix and they said they would pass on packages to the tour manager. My Perm Waves LP is on its way there for try #4. Used USPS Priority Box this time and sharpie included. Fingers crossed. good deal... I sent permanent waves to San Jose..... Hope you have luck

  11. Anyone send anything to San Jose?
  12. Previous post ... Stamps work but a prnted postage stamp from machine is best.... They are metered .... I had my return album held in Denver .... It was over 13 ounces .... If stamps only can't be monitored for hazardous materials ... If preprinted stamp it's metered and can be tracked? Sounded screwy to me but that is what the lady in Denver holding my album told me
  13. Sent something over night today to San Jose... Not sure if they accept it not .....
  14. Any one have luck in San Jose prior? I heard they may not forward items. I sent US airways center a email and they do not.
  15. I had luck last tour with Denver. However the night they play the Pepsi Center this tour is Saturday. Im a little leery about delay time and things getting mailed back. All of my success has been with shows that fall during the week. Anyone had luck on weekend shows. I lost an item this tour on a Sunday show but the next day was Memorial day. I was at that show but I decided to mail something since the venue does deliver items to the tour manager.
