First off goob and the rest, excuse me for lifting this thread up again cause I've got to say what I wanna say. ;) I think the darkness in Agnetha's personality is pretty common among artists, especially musicians and painters. She was quite neurotic IMO. Not to mention she was harassed by her former boyfriend in mid-1990s or so, if I remember correctly. Obviously she has chilled out quite a bit these days. There's a recent article (forgot the source) that describes her as a child prodigy who could write songs and play harp at 4 and was highly sensitive to her surroundings. Anyway I truly think that it's another miracle that she did not become addicted to drugs, because what you pointed out somehow reminds me of Syd Barrett.

I listened to Doors quite often in early 2000s and had one of their Greatest Hits CD even though I was never a fan. Ray must be jamming and chatting with Jim right now. RIP

If I could I would vote for both. Both are great in their own merits. And did you guys know that ABBA has been compared to......let's see..... Queen Fleetwood Mac 2.0 Heart Beatles Ace of Base ......and many more for different reasons. Which means ABBA were very enigmatic as a band.
