  1. I am a sucker for Rush, so I am once again enjoying another Rush record. This time it is their second live record called Exit... Stage Left released 1981. Side two of Exit... Stage Left was recorded from June 10–11, 1980 at The Apollo in Glasgow, Scotland, during the band's supporting tour for their seventh studio album, Permanent Waves. The remaining three sides were recorded on March 27, 1981 at The Forum in Montreal, Canada during the subsequent tour of their eighth album, Moving Pictures.. I am enjoying this record on the 2015 vinyl record reissue! https://www.discogs.com/Rush-Exit-Stage-Left/release/7534919
  2. This sunny day I am just relaxing and enjoying Rush - Time Machine 2011: Live In Cleveland on the 2019 vinyl record release. This is a great live record, they playing the entire Moving Pictures and also some never before played live songs such as Presto, and they are also doing La Villa Strangiato and a great version of Working Man with a reggae intro (same as they did 1981 during the real Moving Pictures tour, you can hear it on bootlegs). This was also the very first tour I saw with Rush, when they came to my country, sweden! A great concert! https://www.discogs.com/Rush-Time-Machine-2011-Live-In-Cleveland/release/13726336
  3. I have that recording on 1 single Mp3 file. But I wish they would release the whole thing on either CD or vinyl record.
  4. I am right now listening to every Rush record, starting from Fly By Night to R40 Live on CD in the car, while driving to work. Today it is Signals that is going to be played. At home, I am trying to enjoy other music, Yesterday I was listening to Fly By Night again tho but on vinyl record.
  5. Right now I am enjoying Rush - Fly By Night on the 2015 US reissue vinyl record. This was the second record by Rush, and first one with the professor Neil Peart. And this is such a awesome record! There is some really amazing drums on here, my favorite is By-Tor And The Snow Dog. https://www.discogs.com/Rush-Fly-By-Night/release/6573248
  6. I am not really a fan of Dream Theater, but I must say I really enjoy their cover of The Necromancer. This is a re-upload in tribute to Neil Peart!
  7. Right now I am listening to 2112 on the 2015 reissue vinyl record, in honor of the greatest drummer in the world... Neil Peart, who sadly is no longer with us. :( He past a few days ago, but I found it out tonight, when I just got home. I was shocked and could not believe it was true! He is one of my music heroes and I will always enjoy the music he created during the 40 years he was with Rush. I am very lucky to have seen him live 3 times. The best concerts I have ever seen! May he rest in peace!
  8. You were driving and using your phone? Yes, so? Thats not really the point here...
  9. So perfect right now. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P-lmN0yXkjU
  10. I had a great time today. Went to see a movie with my dad and brother. So I turned off my phone. On my way home, while driving, I turned it on again. And I suddenly get a notification from Instagram. Rush have posted something new. I opened it up and just read it. Thought I was reading it wrong. So I read it again. I almost crashed the car when I understood what the post said. I am in shock and tears. Such a great day ended to be one of my worst. Legend, and the best drummer in the world! Rest in peace professor Neil Peart!
  11. Right now I am listening to Rush - First Part Of Counters on downloaded flac files, that I have on my computer. Listening with my headphones! This is a bootleg that was recorded during the rehearsal for Rush 1993 Counterpart Tour. They are playing the whole set, there was no audience. https://www.discogs.com/Rush-First-Part-Of-Counters/release/7374558
  12. This free monday I am enjoying Geddy Lee - My Favorite Headache on the 1st original pressing vinyl record! This record was released back in 2000, during the time when Rush drummer Neil Peart was going thru a hard time, when he lost his daughter and wife. But it was only released on CD. Now 2019, 19, almost 20 years later! It has finally been released on vinyl record! I ordered in 2 copies from my record store guy, 1 to keep sealed and 1 to play. And now I am listening to it for the very first time! Even tho I have had this on CD for about 5 years, it feels like I am listening on it for the very first time again! :D (This is 1/3 Rush, so I think I have the rights to post here as well!) https://www.discogs.com/Geddy-Lee-My-Favourite-Headache/release/14462819
  13. Even tho I saw Yes live 2 summers ago, at first row. (It was at a festival, and I was waiting for Ozzy Osbourne to go on stage, he would play after!) I am not a fan at all of them. Musical they are skilled, but I just can't get into their music.
  14. I do not have the patience to sit and watch a whole live video, so I prefer live records instead, but if not, I think I would get this one. It is some good performances. My favorite is the part with Robert Plant. You can see some videos on youtube if you need help to decide if its worth to get: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VgCKs9qxO1Q http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i26406_EldM http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3uxKNm1kJR4 Zumbi, thanks for posting these videos. Freddie would have loved this tribute concert. No problems! You can find more of them on Queen official youtube channel! They have posted a few! And yes, I am sure he would!

  16. Oh I vastly prefer that to Under The Graveyard! Dude, that riff sounds like something off of Judas Priest's last record. The backing vocals are a nice touch, Ozzy sounds awesome, the instruments are all rocking, and that hook is already stuck in my head. That's a sleek metal cut if I've ever heard one. If the rest of the record is like this I look forward to it. Ok, after I have been listening to the song a few times today. I must say I like Straight To Hell a hell of a lot! ( :laughing guy: ) I can't wait for the record to be released!!!
  17. Ozzy have now released his next single from the new record, I have only listened to it once so far. So I can't really say what I think. But I think I like Under The Graveyard a bit more. Anyway here is the new song and its called Straight To Hell:
  18. First question: Ozzy Black Sabbath Second question: Black Sabbath Third question: Ozzy
  19. I wrote this back in 2016, and would like to change it a bit. I still love Lita Ford, but I do not listen to her as much anymore. It's just to much good music in the world, so she have just slip thru the crack for me. I listen to her music sometimes, but very rarely these days. And the singer in Magenta is called Christina Booth. I listen to them even less then Lita Ford. Maybe once a year. Can't really say why. I just forget about them. I really enjoy the music when I do listen to it tho! I would also like to add a female artist that I am a fan of, and I saw live just 3 months ago. I have listen a bit to her music, streaming on youtube and such during the last 10 years. But then like 2 years ago she released all her records on vinyl, so then I bought them all. And now my fandom have raised a lot. The artist is P!nk. I am not much into modern pop music, but it's something about her music that I really enjoy! She has a great voice!
  20. Right now I am enjoying the 1997 live concert from this blu ray box set, and the song Limbo is currently playing:
  21. Is the next season the last season ever? I was watching this before, but I stop watching like 2 seasons ago, because it took so long time in between each season that I forgot stuff. But if they end it, I can watch everything at once. I really love Breaking Bad, I have seen every episode like 3 times.
  22. Sorry. I just don’t get it. People label some of Rush’s official releases as “money grabs”. It seems to me that a limited edition bootleg LP pressed on grey vinyl is the ultimate “money grab”. Like I said, I just don’t get it. It's called collection... I am a vinyl collector. And I like to collect limited versions of different vinyl records. Then you need to look into the latest Dream Theater studio album Distance Over Time. There are more than 10 different colored versions of that album. Look it up. Not a fan of Dream Theater tho...
  23. You kidding, right?... Nope. Nothing special with this song. Ordinary riff and solo, run of the mill Ozzy lyrics and vocals. He needs Tony and Geezer in order to write anything good these days. 13 proves that. You are so wrong... How so? It's an opinion. I don't think you're wrong for liking it. I just feel that since Down To Earth which does have a number of good songs, that Ozzy is just putting out albums to fulfill contract and tour commitments. His last couple albums sound to me like he doesn't even want to do them at all. Nothing memorable about them. This song is the same for me. Black Rain is a amazing record! It has some really good songs on it. And you are wrong, he do want to do them all! If he did not wanted to make the records, then he could just quit. He is a freaking millionaire, he got more money then he can spend.
