too young to see them in the 70's, although I just complained to my older brothers(they are around the age of Geddy, Alex and Neil) for not taking me, My family wasn't much into concert going they told me, we were too poor and there were too many of us. I was still too young for much of the 80's then I still had no money, by the time I was out on my own and able to afford to go, it was right when Neil's tragedies happened and they had stopped touring. the VT tour was just a week or so after my sister had died, and I was still reeling from my Dad, nephew and brother dying as well, so I didn't go. I thought about it, and almost did(I wish this one time my husband would have pushed me to do something uncomfortable because I think that it would have helped me so much) Finally finally after being a fan since 1975 I got to see them live in 2004 and every tour since then, some multiple times a tour, and it really will never be enough but happy to have seen the ones I did see.

Lorraine, have you seen the youtube clip, it makes me tear up every time. Geddy's thanked the crew and the united states of america and said I truly hope to see you again sometime or something to that effect. -

For Lorraine -
My husband had heard of them, and knew some of their songs, enjoyed listening to them with me, but after he saw them live, wow, he is almost more of a fanatical fan than I am, lol good thing too because there is not a big Rush following in my area, most people think of Rush Limbaugh if I mention Rush, none of my current friend listen to them

I can still see it " retiring. Last night was last concert."

I'm pretty sure I saw a glowstick drummer on CA dvd

Bill again thanks so much for scoping through the end so we could watch it unfold live. Neil coming up front....almost too much for me. Been a fan since 1975 but too young for shows back then. First show was 2004 so glad I got to see as many as I did. Road warrior thanks for the awesome picture of the group hug -

Thank you! Front row be damned. I had similar view at one of the R40 shows. At the end of Cygnus light show, I thought I was going to soil myself. TMMB was insane lights also. A second R40 blu ray from THAT VIEW would be incredible! Nothing like Howard's work from over his shoulder. Agreed but front row has its perks too -
I am getting teary eyed again this morning. What a great run for these guys. I am surprised that Geddy was not aware Neil was come down. Thanks Bill for scoping to the end so I could see it all unfold live.

Wow Jeff that is a bummer. You have really put in alot of effort here's hoping it pays off on number 5
-
So happy you got it back CTM what a great keepsake of this tour
-
Sorry Glenn Lorraine if it was under 13oz I think it doesn't matter
-
Those who have signatures from past years, have they changed much, I only have recent ones.
-
Jeff really hoping you get something great back this time
-
wow I can't believe how lucky I was then, my package had a weird label on it I hadn't seen before, it looks like it was over 13oz and stamped(the post guy in my town would not pre-meter it) and I had my address as the to and return....I think it is awesome the venue is working with some of you to get your packages to you...really above and beyond on their part...nice to see good people in the world still.

Ged got a bit emotional on the last show of the CA tour, so yeah that will probably happen, a song change other than Losing It probably not.

The last one..including Losing It.

Oh I thought that was Tom Sawyer ;)

".after Neil went through his personal tragedies back in the 90's , I didn't think that we'd ever see them release another album as Rush, let alone tour again... At the end of every tour SINCE that time, I walk out of my show(s) thinking that it's the last time I'll see them" Exactly...so thrilled this wasn't the case, and also that Neil did come back and Rush gave us a lot of new music and tours since that time.
