Same here, this also happened to me the other night in Boston

I've never had a problem with Stubhub for concerts or sporting events, have always been able to immediately print the tickets with instant download and just in case I always print out the email confirmation and bring it with me with Stubhub's phone # written down as well.

I have 2 tickets available in Lower Bowl Section 23 Row J (1st section up from the floor closest to the stage on Alex's side), good seats bought from Music Today but they are at will call so you'll have to meet me before the show. Asking what I paid, face value 267 + 32 service charge = 299 CAD for the pair.
